I think I'd rather run Augury Owl over that one. The ability to put them on bottom is excellent, as opposed to being stuck with whatever is on top.

Well I personally haven't gotten into modern yet. (God I want to so bad.) But this looks like it's starting to shape up to become a decent deck. Just play test with it and see what needs to be changed.
Honestly, I never include SB on this website. The sideboard is completely irrelevant to certain people as every LGS has a various meta. Although if you want to have a SB before you go to FNM, I suggest looking up MTGGOLDFISH and checking the most used decks and put the ideal cards against them.
Crypt Incursion is ideal. Helps stabilize from early game losing, and can drop the Eldrazi at instant speed. Idk about Visions of Beyond replacing Tome Scour. It's his best 1 drop mill. Though you could make room for it. Such a good card in this deck. How did I forget about Breaking and Entering? The next best thing thats not Glimpse the Unthinkable.
If your mana base allows it, why not Gelectrode over Cunning Sparkmage? It can get so much more damage in. Also, Combust is pretty much a SB card, you don't want it in your hand against certain decks and it will just be a dead draw.
As with all mill decks, you have a weak early game. That usually needs to be attended to through boardwipe on T4 or some defenders of some sort, or hell even Ensnaring Bridge if you can empty your hand quick enough. Next, take out Traumatize. It's just a bad card unless it's one of the first mill cards you've played your barely going to get anything off of it. I'd drop them and add the last 2 Archive Trap. Because the format is riddled with fetchlands, with the unlikely 4 in hand, you can mill 52 on turn 1 if they fetch. That combined with the 7 theyve drawn and it's kind of over. Also remove Szadek as he's too slow as well.Hedron Crab in particular would work nicely with fetches, you should probably invest in those yourself. My only other worry is the big Eldrazi. A few decks use them and you just can't win against it unless you exile it at instant speed. Need's a way to do that. Leyline of the Void works, as does Relic of Progenitus.Hope this helps.
I can easily see this working in standard, a little worried on it being a tad too slow to keep up with Abzan or any green variant with Sylvan Caryatid and Courser of Kruphix running amok.
Build this first to dip your toes in the waters of modern first. Cheap and fun.Jeskai Control - http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/modern/budget/571946-uwr-control
Not running Consuming Aberration? So much fun in a FFA setting. Granted, he never really lives because he's getting removed out the wazoo, but even if you can get the ability off twice, it's so much fun and worth it.
You need to build this.
Is there a budget to these decks, and do they Ravnica block exclusive?
You can't put a price on love.
You seem to be aggro-control oriented. Agent of the Fates is a good card, but other than being a 3/2 deathtouch you can't utilize the ability without killing it. As a control deck you want to have card advantage, would you rather run Pain Seer? It's a lower drop that gains card advantage at the cost of life, but as long as you hit a Gary you should be fine.
Since budget doesn't appear to be a problem, Thoughtseize > Despise
You should probably just add in ramp lol
Very unique and interesting take on storm. +1
I'd also consider dropping Gather the Townsfolk for Raise the Alarm. The instant speed will be of more use more often than the Fateful Hour on Gather the Townsfolk. If your at five life, you should really be scared for the game with no life gain.
lol, I just noticed if you go infinite creatures you can gain infinite life with your Tomb of the Spirit Dragon. Have fun with that :D best of luck to you. And all at instant speed! surprise your friends with that one if your about to lose.
Am I the only guy that likes Squelching Leeches? It's just a miniature Nightmare.
Have you playtested with the changes yet? Or do you even own the deck? lol
