With the relatively high mana cost of your infect creatures I would suggest you add in some form of ramp, and also probably up the amount of lands total anyways.

Interesting concept, I have one similar but it is more aggro oriented. The only suggestions I can really make is squeeze in that fourth mayor. He is possibly the best werewolf, aside from Huntsmaster, and Wolfir Avenger is an excellent card too. On your turn just don't play anything, transform everything, then flash it in on their turn.

I don't know, I see it as a staple for a black deck. Easy to splash and cast, works with Gift of Orzhova for massive lifelink that can save your tail, and acts as a lightning rod for any removal cards they may have.

You are allowed multiple copies of the same card in any one deck as long as it doesn't exceed 4. This includes deck and sideboard. For instance I can't run 4 Lightning Bolt mainboard and 4 sideboard but I can run 2 mainboard and 2 sideboard.

lol I see you loved Rapacious one too. I also made a deck like this one when I first started.

Not anymore, this was years ago and my playgroup adapted so it became pretty useless. Though it was the first mono blue deck of my playgroup. No one really used blue because it had weaker creatures and we didn't know how to utilize the abilities. Only real difference in our decks though is that I used Roil Elemental, Calcite Snapper, Summoner's Bane, and Merfolk Looter.
EDIT: I miss when I first started and we would spend hours on end building decks from a limited pool :( really good times.

Thragtusk is also still a BA, him or Pelakka Wurm. Unfortunately I don't know where you would put them in.

I'd prefer to run Inspiration over Divination. It may cost 1 more mana but it's an instant. This means at turn three you can save the mana for a cancel if you need it and won't be screwed if it gets through because you have no removal. Also, at turn 4 you can cancel if you need to and draw if you don't. Either way it will keep your opponent guessing what you will do.

Opportunity isn't a bad 1-2 of either ^^

This guy knows what he's talking about. Personally, I would splash green for a better offense or get more recurring life gain and focus on Ajani's Pridemate and add something like Archangel of Thune, Transcendant Master, or some lifelink beaters like Baneslayer Angel.

That's the general idea and most of the cards that would be used. I kept the price down a bit but eh. Other good cards would be Trostani, Selesnya's Voice, Fleecemane Lion, Loxodon Smiter, Dryad Militant, and Voice of Resurgence. Also note I built it more for a late game plan because in my experience FFA games usually last longer because nobody wants to attack to leave themselves open. This should give you an edge as long as you aren't singled out.

Still you should keep 60 cards if you can. Also, I found Selesnya to be a great starter guild, it packs a pretty hefty punch and is fairly easy to get started with. I'll put up the Selesnya I started my cousin off with when he began playing.

Mean combo, though with only 20 lands I don't see him being able to pull off a 6 mana combo too easily.

Or he could just run mass removal such as Damnation.

How useful is the life gain on Psychic Drain? I feel as though if the life wasn't a necessity (which as a 1 of it probably isn't) then Mind Grind would be a better option for more mill.

I'll look more into it later when I have time.

Btw, love the idea of the deck.

General rule of thumb you want to keep about 60 cards in mainboard in order to draw into the cards that are more essential for your build. It helps get rid of chaff and focus the deck more.
