Any thoughts?

Another of my attempts to get a head start on new phyrexia- what do you think?
Made some updates after the full new phyrexia reveal- let me know what you think.
While I like the idea of that, it's really a different deck- more of a quest weenie focus. This relies on artifact creatures being pumped, so putting in quests, edgewrights, and swords would greatly detract from the focus of the deck and weaken it overall.

This is true, and also not ever going to happen in standard, or even extended because nobody really uses batwing brune.
consider going extended with some pestermites so you have an infinite combo in here too if u want
Okay, first off, seachrome coast is better than sejiri refuge in almost all situations. I like the idea here, although I'm surprised you don't have any myr galvanizers- they fit perfectly. Here are my alterations: -4 sejiri refuge -1 plains -2 aura finesse -3 vault skyward -3 veteran's reflexes -1 venser -2 basilisk collar -2 heavy arbalest -2 crab umbra -1 tideforce elemental +4 myr galvanizer +4 stoneforge mystic +4 mana leak +3 jace, the mind sculptor +4 seachrome coast +3 tectonic edge This would make this deck rather more expensive if it weren't theoretical, but you get a lot more disruption with jace and mana leaks and edges, stoneforge lets u cut back on your equipment because you get to pick which you take, and galvanizers are untap engines for your mana myr.
Hmmm- I totally missed voltaic key! Good catch. I would probably drop the thrones of geth for some more land though- my first gut reaction changes would be: -2 throne -2 ichor rats -8 mountain -3 vector asp -3 galvanic blast -2 lightning bolt -3 prototype portal +6 swamp +4 inkmoth nexus +4 doom blade +2 disfigure +2 duress +4 inquisition of kozilek RIght now the red makes you much less consistent and doesn't really give you any benefits that you can't find already with black's removal, and since you are infect anyway, the ability to hit your opponent with your burn is irrelevant, making black removal even more attractive. I also don't really like vector asp at all, and thrones I guess work with a prototype portal, but you will need both cards for that combo to work, otherwise the thrones aren't that good, and contagion clasp already covers your repeatable proliferate, and you don't have enough other cards that use counters for the proliferate to be all that useful, so I would switch to a disruption suite of duress and inquisition instead. Anyway, some good ideas in here, I'm off to your other response to my challenge now.
2 Feast and famines are intentional, I don't know why they are separate- but one of them might become war and peace from the new set depending how good it is. The new paladin is in fact a knight, but I don't see how making it tribal would be useful- knight exemplar would be the only reason and its not worth it. Removal is probably a g odd call savaj, I don't have time now though. As for quest- I had thought about it, but with stoneforges finding and putting into play cheap and paladins making equips 0, I took them out. I think the creature suite reflects that, seeing as I have all the bouncing guys that would come standard in a quest deck, but no memnites or ornithopters or argentum armors to really make quest worth it.
I enjoyed this column today- I don't think that forked bolt for lightning bolt was a good swap though
Let me know what you think of this, and whether it could be effective in the new standard in some form.
I also have a rules question: If i sac a necropede to a throne of geth, can I stack the triggers so that I put the necropede's -1/-1 counter on something before I proliferate it? I'm not sure seeing as how saccing the necropede is a cost to activate the throne, which might mean it goes onto the stack first and the proliferate happens first.
So I put in a few more poison sources, and I also added stuff that has good synergy with getting sacrificed (core prowler and necropede), as well as corpse curs for a bit more recurrence. It occurs to me now that Glissa is the only green in the deck at this point, so I'm wondering what to do about that.
Thanks for the feedback- i made this really fast last night so yeah it's pretty rough. All of what you says makes a good deal of sense in fact. I love virulent wound. I'm going to make a few edits, and if you could give any more feedback that would be great.
Indeed- in essence you could think of it like being blocked by a 0/0
hmmm... bonesplitter, winter orb (might be 2 dunno off the top of my head), lifelink, vigilance (is that a card?), and the 2 white spellbombs
