where did you come out of how many? i got 14th out of 29 at the pre-release. (my deck will be going up as soon as i can actually add world wake cards.)

oh, and if the costs are too high then use hightide for a temporary blue mana boost.
why not just use cards that come pre-indestructable? (Darksteel collossus, darksteel gargoyle, myojin of seeing winds) to name just three acceptable cards playable just using blue. then throw in some evasion, whisper silk cloak and the like. Put in some mana accelleration (Darksteel ingot would do nicely) finally stick in some weeny blue creatures / blue unblockables and tadah!
but you can't equip at instant speed so the equipment won't work well with ninjitsu.
Ignore glanth, you would need 20 lands tops, if you are lucky / strategically mulligen 18 lands should do fine
To delete cards you click the little x next to them and then click yes. Replace Eye of the Storm and Copy enchantment with mirror sheen. Replace Circu with an extra oona. Ditch a clone for another Sigil tracer (the key card to your copying spells). Remove rite of replication and put in 2 more traumatize. (Yes rite gives you more wizards but it is expensive.) Copied spells don't trigger storm so remove brainfreeze and your second clone to put in conspiricy, this will work with oonas faerie rogues. also good for if you find yourself against slivers.
If you do opt to run landfall you should switch in some fetch lands (seeing as bayou and its kin count as the basic land types etc...) if you do opt for landfall i would ditch the land destroy to make the space.
ok, so why is braid of fire in here, i see nothing that you can spend mana on during upkeeps...
Festering march? If correctly applied could mean that you'll give either an additional -1/-1 each turn with a -2/-2 every 3rd turn, or you could just give an additional -4/-4 every 3rd turn.
I assume you are relying on having allies and birds produce your mana for you with the land destroy you have in there (It would be risky to leave it all on the crucible). My main concern would be the mana curve, but assuming you get the allies and birds you need it should be ok.
I was intending for the deck to just contain gold rarity symbols... no orange, purple, silver or black.
Erm... sorry for the double post but just to clarify that was so you could utilise the discard abilities without having to wait for a madness card. Another potential is dragon mage, it is a bit expensive but red and green are both pretty good at mana accel...
If you didn't have cards rellying on your having things in the graveyard I would suggest Wheel of sun and moon, as it is I would still sideboard it...
I think you were maybe not building a working deck when you designed this...
Nice range of scepter spells there, and your creatures look pretty hard to kill also which will go nicely with the enchantments you have, you can have a +1.
I hate trying to assess the quality of an EDH deck, so many singles, so many cards. Anyhow, I'm seeing plenty of good cards here, do you have a way of turning vhati into a spray gun rather than a sniper? I can't see one in there but I may have missed it :/
Scimitars are uncommon in 10th ed. bonesaws are meh, i'd rather have the bonesplitter in the long run.
Silence, put four in and increase your scepter count to four also, I don't care what you take out, but make sure silence is likely to get on that scepter.
+1 as promised
4 fewer swamps, 4 more cheap black creatures. do that and you can have a +1
