The price on this is crazy, considering it's a modern deck. Maybe i should just sell all my commander decks and jump into this format. The problem in doing that is i wanna build legacy U/R delver, aaaand if i play modern, i have to play jund. It's just to good. :P

Agreed. I think my legacy fish could take this.
Cabal therapy, much like it is in dredge, is used to target yourself. Any way you could add ancestor's chosen in here? seems like it could be a nice target once grizzly is out.
perhaps whispersilk cloak. Once one guy has tons of counters from evos isle, you can push him through unblockable. Another fun thing to do would be to add a Laboratory Maniac. You can just say "take turns till i draw my deck".
I think you're right about flamebreak. Im not a big fan of steppe lynx here, but the idea of figure sounds good. And i dont want to run more than 3 plateau's, simply because of price of progress.
The end game is simple, really. After X amount of upkeeps, your equipped dude becomes massive from the Ring. If that doesnt work, you just cast followed footsteps on archaeomancer and end up with a boatload of attackers.
Hmm, i like what epsiolon had to say. some astute observations.
Looks very solid. The only thing i can see is that primeval titan is technically banned in EDH. Consider replacing it and a couple of your signets with things like prismatic omen, chromatic lantern, and darksteel ingot. Even though you're filtering through lots of cards, id consider adding some removal to the deck. Things like wrath of god, oblivion ring, day of judgment, etc. Can help you in a pinch, especially once you have avacyn out for instance.
EDH is my prefered format. This makes deck number 6 that i actually have built. Now to figure out what 9 cards to take out. My plan is to eventually have a mono-colored deck of every color.
Very cool. Im liking the theme here. Now i want to build Seizan, perverter of truth as my next EDH commander.
I started playing magic in that block. It's one of my favorites. Urza's block is my favorite overal though. Just wish i had bought more of it when i had the opportunity.
^ thats what i was going to suggest. It's legal in all formats.
Indeed. :] I tryed to find a way to fit him in my tribal frog deck, since he kinda looks like a Spore Frog(another adorable card) but im having to revamp the whole deck now. OOO! Also, evolution vat. It takes a lot of mana, but it works a lot like gilder bairn.
Dude. This is epic. I know it's just a budget deck, and at first i just thought it was storm. But after reading your description, i see how it works and its awesome. This is honestly one of the most original things i've ever seen. Since it is a budget, i bet magus of the candelabra can help with the whole untap land things also. again, very original.
I may have overlooked it, but i recommend Gilder Bairn. It doubles the counters on any permanent.
Consider prismatic omen. With valakut and omen on the field, every land you play is a mountain, no matter what.
Quite neat, i must say. Now that it isn't in standard, i bet you could make this work using ancient tombs, and gaea's cradle.
As far as a "better version" goes, your best best is to run a thopter top build. Using conterbalance, sensei'd divining top, and the counterspells, card draw, and eventually combo to control the opponent and then win.
I understand completely. I have a Sharuum The Hegemon commander deck that runs most of these cards. The people that know what im gonna do with the deck (infinite life, turns, tokens, mill, library exile, etc.) tend to kill me early lol.
Very neat. :] Consider time sieve for when you have all those tokens. You can take indefinite turns.
