i am going to assume i do not count with getting this reference? :|

i have a good feeling that gatecrash will have a handful more homunculus creatures for you to use. it should be good, and maybe even make this mill faster than it already does.
thank you for the compliment! :) by all means steal it.
you will probably hate to read this, but i personally do not like seton. :| i do have deliverance in a 'side board' because i do like to use that spell here and there. i am kind of on the fence about centaur chieftain, i will have to do more research to see if it is worth using. thank you for commenting! :)
by the way, the deck is named 'punish me'.
i am going to have to find ways to use (and abuse) deathrite shaman. if it works half as good as it looks like it does in this list then it will be a great new toy for me. :) i hate to be a moocher, but i recently got a special artwork zo-zu from allison (she is a graphic artist :P) and therefore put together an edh list that i would like a second opinion on. happy stomping!
the one thing that i think you could change in here is the various mana filters. hardly any of your cards are that mana intensive, and with rakdos's ability lowering costs, you will only need to tap a single swamp or mountain at a time in most cases. i am not saying that you should remove all of them, but you should only stick to the best ones. the one i use is chromantic lantern, and that is really all i ever need. if you free up some of those spaces, you will have more slots open for cards that expand the kinds of answers you need. happy stomping! :)
those both sound like great ideas. i will have to figure out how i can work them in. :|
now that we have gotten what music to listen to with the deck, uh, what do you think about the deck itself? :D
i have both already. :) allison bought them for me (one of the many, albeit 'lesser by comparison', perks of having a fiancé). as far as what song to play alongside the deck, my personal favorite from klok is 'birthday, deathday', but really any of their songs would fit the mood. 'murdertrain a-comin' is probably the best for those times i get a turn two rakdos. :p
to answer the question posed by the deck title, yes! :( i am happy to see that i was wrong though. i wish i could offer some advice to your deck here, but control is not my domain.
lotleth followed by necropotence is completely cheating. who the hell can deal with that? :(
you smug bastard. if anything i am the true 'casanova' here, seeing as i got back the love of my life, proposed, and got her into magic, while you remain a poor lonely son of a bitch. :) loooooooove you. :P
thank you to gary and ian! :) also it is god damn freaky how much you look like me gary :O
i had forgotten that earthcraft was banned. i made this deck before that was the case, and just posted it here 'as is'. thank you for pointing that out for me. :)
sorry, i have been preoccupied what with having a beautiful girl around again. :P non stompy 10L rarely works. in order for a deck to operate under a ten land frame, it needs a number of specific cards, or very similar variants. the efficiency brought by a stompy load out greatly helps alleviate the risk of having just ten lands, but in other decks it can be a hindrance. that of course is not to say other forms of 10L do not exist, they do, but even combo decks run over ten. happy stomping! :)
bleh, i hate fish. as a deck, as an animal, and as food. this one has a lot more control elements to it, though. with all that countering being done, maybe lullmage mentor would not be such a bad idea?
thank you. unfortunately, it has been well-proven that a 10L stompy can not work without at least one gaea's cradle, and should really use two. the overall frame of a 10L is also very constrictive. these decks can run perfectly fine on just one land, occasionally on none, the 10 lands are there because of probability. it is the best number to still get a land while maintaining that crucial minimum. vine dryad, spirit guide, bounty of the hunt, and winter orb are all near essential inclusions, as is skull clamp, though you will have to see how your play group feels about it. after that it comes down to filling the deck with as many heavy threats for as little mana as possible. in 10L i would advise never exceeding two mana unless it can be cast for free. now if you want to know how you would go about building an ordinary stompy, i can help you there as well, but i will probably need to see a rough draft first, since stompy deck diversity goes way up once you step out of the 10L area.
i am not sure what my best is, but i would guess it is this one. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=181845
i am sure that a faster all-flying deck can be made, but remember that this deck is for our tribal format. :)
