Instead of commenting on your own deck, posting exactly what you said here in the description of the deck would be better.

There another side to that coin. People, like myself, ignore the decks with no description. I view it as lazy and antisocial. Also, there's a lot of decks that can look the same, but can go in completely different directions, and without a description, the reader does not know which direction you want to go.
What do you think of Eternal Scourge for this deck?
The Marrow-Gnawer combo is a deck of its own, normally in a deck filled with Relentless Rats, so I can understand not addition it here.
Swarmyard is something that you should consider. There's also a combo for infinite rat tokens using Marrow-Gnawer and Thornbite Staff. Marrow-Gnawer also gives Fear to all your Rats.
There should be a link or something on the main page that has deck building advice for new players as it seems there's a lot of newbies on here. I'd also like the forums to come back. I miss them so. We should also like this to get it to the front page.
I'm not sure as I've not played with / against this strategy, but I think it relies a lot off Waste Not's {B}{B} for the opponent discarding lands and the draw off the opponent discarding noncreature, nonland cards. The deck also has mass discard and draw in the form of Burning Inquiry and Reforge the Soul; which can allow more draw for you off Waste Not and Dream Salvage, which also helps you get the Rituals, Past in Flames, and Pyromancer Ascension to start storming the 'normal' way.
Personally, I've gotten to the point where I only comment on decks that use the tags and descriptions, how else are you supposed to know what suggestions to give? (if any). So, the Vault itself isn't dead, just majority of the users.
Rite of Consumption is a black "Fling". It's slower (a sorcery), but it gains you life too.
Void Shatter is good, but if it's just for protecting the combo, I see that Turn Aside is getting reprinted. Could be worth considering. There are no standard legal manlands in colour. Remember, Tree of Redemption is being used as a place holder for Tree of Perdition.
Ethereal Haze is an awesome 'fog' that works outside of combat. Imagine fogging Vexing Devil's etb effect.
It's a decent backup to the Triskaidekaphobia + Tree of Perdition.
If I had the cards, I'd make a deck combo'ing Triskaidekaphobia with Tainted Remedy. Something worth considering.
Hardened Scales?
Triton Tactics
Thornbite Staff on Marrow-Gnawer can result in Infinite rat tokens.
Angel's Grace could help some.
Blood Artist triggers for opponent's creatures dying too, not just your own. With Conspiracy being a key part of the combo, is the fact that Blood Artist isn't naturally Human really a problem?
I've been running RG landfall since Battle for Zendikar came out, and I've learned a few things:For starters, Grove Rumbler is better than Zendikar Incarnate. Yes, Incarnate can punch for a lot, but without trample, which the Rumbler has, it is easily chump blocked. I've found Pulse of Murasa serves me better than Nissa's Renewal. The lower mana cost, the fact that it's an instant, and the ability to return either Evolving Wilds or a dead creature has made it more reliable than waiting for 6 mana for Nissa's Renewal. You're going to want to run a set of Nissa's Pilgrimage. While this only fetches Forests, it's playable on turn 3 and guarantees a land drop the following turn. This is one turn earlier than Explosive Vegetation, which helps a lot. (Do not get rid of Explosive Vegetation, it's too good).
