ya, the one extra mana doesn't seem that great to me either

while that is not a bad idea, Thought Scour at least draws you a card. So it's a tossup between drawing a card for a once off mill yourself for 2 at instant speed; and an artifact that mills a total of 6, but with no card draw. ie: whichever you personally prefer.
Definitely not mainboard, I don't think it's necessary, nor does it work with the rest of the deck (imo). But maybe a couple in sideboard against control?
No green to play that. Disenchant is the White equivalent, and there is space in sideboard for that. Would prefer something that hurts the opponent attached to the enchantment removal though.
Depends on the combo
Though, there's only one card in here that cares for humans: Thalia's Lieutenant. Maybe adding Hanweir Battlements might be worth it. Of the three pairs of Meld cards, these are the only ones with an optional Meld once both are on the battlefield.
Their melded side doesn't produce humans
The rare fetch lands androgen Ravnica dual lands are your best bet. As for the quantities of each, I can't quite say.
Looks good to go for testing.
That might be worth testing.
I have considered Liliana of the Dark Realms before, but here's why I didn't include her:Her [+1] puts the Swamp in hand, not onto the battlefield. I need the Swamps in play asap. The [-3] only affects one creature for one turn. The -X/-X is nice as it should kill most things, but at 4 mana, I'd rather use Tendrils of Corruption for the life gain. Lashwrithe covers the +X/+X and grants the boost permanently. The extra mana from the [-6] is completely useless as my cards care about number of Swamps on the battlefield, not mana. I had considered Nightmare Incursion too., but at 6 mana, it's surprisingly expensive as it eats into me being able to play two or more cards a turn mid game. There's a reason I only run one Corrupt.
While Faithless Looting is a good card, I personally prefer Thought Scour in Delve decks (just mill yourself), and this deck has the blue mana to play it.
Gurmag Angler, and by extension, all Delve creatures, is a far better target for Eldritch Evolution than Allosaurus Rider. Nice catch
Any way to destroy multiple lands at once with minimal risk to your own lands would be optimal for land destruction. I came up with a deck that can destroy multiple lands per turn, without a single land destruction card, using Liqumetal Coating (and Myr Landshaper). It may take time to set it up, but with artifact destruction being so cheap and Splinter exiling all with the same name, you can destroy multiple lands a turn. And with Liqumetal Coating, you can turn the destruction on any threat, if needed.
Simian Spirit Guide could help with a turn two Boom
I see you've marked this deck as "Unloved". Might I suggest using the Deck Description, How to Play, and Tags.

Because the trick requires a fetch land in play, I'd personally only run 3 Boom // Bust.
