Even if Door is the only artifact out, you can choose not to bounce it off Glint Hawk's etb effect, effectively getting an additional charge counter on the Door for {W}, assuming you called Bird for the Door. But 8 {0} cost artifacts is often more than enough as you'll see them twice as much as Glint Hawk.

Block something that the flipped side can kill / survive blocking, tap it and a creature with Summoning sickness, and presto, 2/3 on turn two and a possibility dead creature on the opponent's side. Sadly, this is a build for someone else. I'm working on GR Delirium for myself.
Spirit Loop; Spirit Link; and Armadillo Cloak are all in colour. Doubling up on the life gain can help you get to the 40+ life Felidar Sovereign wants. You could also use Martyr of Sands for a once off big boost to your life.
I'm actually trying to keep as many Elementals as possible in the build to play off Omnath's second ability. I do love me some combat tricks :p
Talking about Hymn to Tourach, we Modern players got something very close to it recently: Whispers of Emrakul. I highly doubt we'll ever get Hymn in Modern, so I'll gladly take as close as I can get. (I know we have Wrench Mind, but it lacks the randomness.)
Just had an idea. With all these +1/+1 counters flying around, Glen Elendra Archmage could be a semi permanent counter effect. All you need it Simic Guildmage on the battlefield to counter almost any noncreature spell for {1}{G}{U}Also, have you considered Vigean Hydropon?
Conduit of Ruin? It's cast trigger searches for a big Eldrazi (costing 7 or more) and reduces the cost of your first creature cast each turn by {2}. With all the colourless ramp you have, casting Conduit on turn 4-5 should be easy which means you could have a turn 5-6 Kozilek.
I feel 2-3 Tasigur and 4 Angler should be enough to get regularly enough to combo off.
I've been running Nissa, Vastwood Seer // Nissa, Sage Animist in my Standard landfall deck and I've been enjoying her a lot. While I almost never use Sage Animist's [-2], her [+1] is an awesome and very welcome pseudo draw; and her [-7] is a game changer / ender.
Solidarity of Heroes doubles the number of +1/+1 counters on a creature at instant speed.
Yes. I refuse to call her anything else. http://www.deviantart.com/art/Emrakul-185836474
A bit too many cards. Shave it down to about 60 cards and your draws will be more consistent.
Just thought of a card: Hissing Miasma
Fun fact. Lifelink doesn't stack, but there are 3 Auras (that I know of) that grant a lifelink type effect, but is not lifelink, thus they do stack:Spirit Loop Spirit Link Vamperic Link.
Sadly the Medallions and Cabal Coffersare not Modern legal, and Droc420 wants to keep this Modern legal. Crypt Ghast is worth considering though, and it'd help a lot with casting Phyrexian Obliterator. If going heavy black, Temporal Extortion is worth considering too.
Evolving Wilds helps mana fix and gets a land into your graveyard. Dead Weight is a {B} -2/-2, and if the creature dies, and enchantment in your graveyard. Sinister Concoction could do this better though. Grapple with the Past is a strong Delirium enabler. Gnarlwood Dryad is an awesome one drop. Whispers of Emrakul and Alms of the Vein are sorceries worth considering. I've taken a liking to Moldgraf Scavenger and Obsessive Skinner in my GR Delirium build. Talking about my build, you may want to consider an artifact creature. I plan on running a set of Lupine Prototype, but any Artifact creature fits as they add two types for Delirium in the graveyard. Tentacruel is legendary AND costs {13}. Even with her cost reduction, she still needs a lot of mana to cast. I'd lower her count to two copies, three at most. Lower your land count to 23-24 and include some of what I suggested and you'll have more consistent plays.
If your plan is to exile top cards from the library, there's quite a bit you're doing wrong. Ulamog is legendary AND costs {10}. I'd cut this down to two copies, three at most. Similar can be said for all the other heavy mana Eldrazi. I'd drop Desolation Twin all together, but keep Conduit of Ruin at three copies as it can fetch Ulamog. Drop Oblivion Sower to two and keep Sire of Stagnation at two. You can cut red to smooth out the mana base. Molten Nursery and Structural Distortion are not helping your game plan. With all the above changes, you should be able to include more lower cmc creatures with Ingest. Increase Mist Intruder to four copies, include full sets of Salvage Drone and Sludge Crawler. Three to four copies of each of Fathom Feeder; Benthic Infiltrator; and Ruination Guide. This changes the deck drastically, but it is more focused on the exiling of the library.
With so many humans in Standard, including Werewolves before they transform, Repel the Abominable is sideboard tech vs heavy non-humans. Sigarda is a good card, but I'm concerned about how she'd affect the mana curve. I chose not to include Thraben Inspector in favour of Town Gossipmonger and Expedition Envoy. Thraben Inspector is a 1/2; Town Gossipmonger can be a 2/3 with a Firebreathing effect; and Expedition Envoy is a 2/1. The higher power at the same cmc is what was the final deciding factor. (not too bothered with the Clue). Standard weenie has often been more about the two drops than anything else, imo.
Space is a problem, otherwise definitely.
Might I suggest working in another way to pay Paragon of the Amesha's {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}, maybe in the lands, so that it can't be countered and can be used multiple times. The only lands I can think of that don't cost an arm and a leg (ei the Ravnica duals, etc) all enter the battlefield tapped.
