Brimaz; Heliod; and Godsend are legendary, making them suffer from the Legend rule. Ajani and Elspeth suffer the Planeswalker uniqueness rule. Similarly, Angel of Serenity costs a lot of mana to play. 4x means that they'll be dead cards in hand most of the time, but if you bring them down to 2x or 3x, then you'll see them often, but not too often. Also opens you up to add a few more cards. Gideon, Ally of Zendikar is good as in addition to being able to make tokens ever turn, he can Ulti the turn he enters the battlefield. Honor of the Pure / Intangible Virtue make for excellent Anthem effects. Spectral Procession is {W}{W}{W} for three 1/1 flying Spirits. Raise the Alarm makes two 1/1 white soldier token creatures at instant speed. Beckon Apparition is a great sideboard option against graveyard strategies. Path to Exile is arguably THE BEST removal in Modern.

2-3 Elixir of Immortality can help do Tentacruel's main job here. Kozilek, Butcher of Truth or Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre can take the role too. Glad you like it :D
Welding Sparks instead of Flame Lash? It costs {1} less and with your mana artifacts, can do the same amount of / more damage.
Hanweir Garrison to use Hanweir Battlements other effect?Fiery Temper to use with all your discard effects.
That's an awesome alternative win condition :P
The more nonlands, the less effective the main combo.
Deadlock Trap in sideboard for opponent's walkers.
Evolving Wilds helps get a land into your graveyard for Delirium. It also works nicely with Pulse of Murasa and Tireless Tracker. Also helps with Tentacruel's cost reduction effect. With enough self mill (Grapple with the Past; Vessel of Nascency; etc), Splendid Reclamation becomes a ramp spell. Evolving Wilds works with Splendid Reclamation too.
Paradox Haze would help you greatly.
Sadly, Bloodbraid Elf is banned in Modern
I'm not sure you need to splash a second colour. Some cards I've seen used in a similar deck that you may want to consider (though most have hefty price tags, with good reason):Ranger of Eos - Searches for two creatures that cost 1 or less. Proclamation of Rebirth - Returns three creatures you own that cost 1 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. Martyr of Sands - sacrifices to gain 3 life per white card you reveal. Serra Ascendant - Effectively a 1 mana 6/6 with flying and lifelink, provided you stay above 30 life. Chalice of Life / Chalice of Death - Flips easily and puts most opponents on a very short clock. Some Kaladesh cards that may pique your interest:Angel of Invention - Fabricate 2 and an Anthem effect. Aetherflux Reservoir - Can gain you a ton of life and let's you one shot most opponents. Servo Exhibition - Two 1/1 colourless artifact creature tokens at sorcery speed. Worse than Raise the Alarm (below).Other cards that may interest you:Divinity of Pride - 5 mana for a 4/4 flying lifelink creature that becomes an 8/8 as long as you're above 25 life. Raise the Alarm - Two 1/1 white soldier token creatures at instant speed. Gather the Townsfolk - Slightly weaker than Raise the Alarm. Two 1/1 white human token creatures at sorcery speed. Intangible Virtue - +1/+1 and vigilance to all token creatures. Requires more tokens in the deck to be useful. Devouring Light - Not as good as Path to Exile, but a decent substitute if you can guarantee the convoke.
Locket of Yesterdays?
I think he's talking about Authority of the Consuls.Authority of the Consuls{W}EnchantmentRare (Kaladesh)Creatures your opponents control enter the battlefield tapped.Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control, you gain 1 life.
I really need to get a set of Tainted Remedy :P
So that one was BR. Here's another one I designed, this time UB:http://www.mtgvault.com/dedwards/decks/archivists-caress/
The Honden have high mana costs. Herald of the Pantheon reduces the cost of your enchantments by {1}.
Paradox Haze - Gives you more upkeeps, allowing the Honden to trigger multiple times a turn. Honor-Worn Shaku - Effectively lets you tap the Honden for {C}.
Glint-Nest Crane can help assemble the artifacts.
I think there'll be times where Ardent Recruit is a better choice than Toolcraft Exemplar. Exemplar only gets its boost during combat on your turn, while the Recruit gets it almost permanently (for as long as you have 3+ artifacts). Dispatch might be worth considering. In a deck like this, that can get Metalcraft quickly, Dispatch is a superior Path.
Reason I brought it up was I faced a 3 colour deck doing similar last FNM and it looks pretty powerful. I was playing my own brew, Boros Control, and we ended 1-1 due to time.
