Running 8 Pacts (Grave Pact; Butcher of Malakir; or Dictate of Erebos) almost guarantees you have at least one by the time you have enough mana to play it. So a tutor isn't really necessary. What you need is a sacrifice outlet. Thoughtpicker Witch is a personal favourite, but it requires mana to use its ability, so Viscera Seer and Bloodthrone Vampire might be better.

Flickerwisp might be a better option than Mistmeadow Witch
What's the main search target for Vampiric Tutor?
I strongly recommend dropping a dual land (maybe Razorverge Thicket?) for a Plains. This way an opponent's Path or Ghost Quarter, or your own Windswept Heath can fetch it (useful against burn). Also allows for a white source under Moon.Rain of Tears runs into the same problem as Molten Rain, the double mana requirement on turn two. It's why Stone Rain is run instead of Molten Rain in regular Ponza decks.

Palladium Myr + two Myr Galvanizer. This starts you off on infinite untapping of your Myr. Going up to 4x Silver Myr helps here too. Phyrexian Metamorph / Sculpting Steel - Can be your second Myr Galvanizer, or a second of any other Myr with a tap effect. Myr Propagator - Makes copies of itself. Shimmer Myr - Your artifacts have flash. Academy Ruins - puts any artifact in your graveyard on top of your library.
The first thing you'd need to do is identify what isn't Modern legal and find equivalents that are as close to the non-legal card as possible. This could be fun at a FNM, but I highly doubt it's anywhere near competitive enough for a GP, or anything like that. Besides, Hellkite Charger enchanted with Bear Umbra makes for a more reliable infinite attack phases combo in Modern.
I did open the links, but I also checked Gatherer. The Oracle for Pyreheart Wolf reads:"Whenever Pyreheart Wolf attacks, creatures you control gain menace until end of turn. (They can't be blocked except by two or more creatures.)"And Gather currently doesn't have any Rulings for the Wolf. Maybe they did before Menace became a keyword, and my guess is that's where that website originally got the ruling, because I compared Glaring Spotlight in the link you gave and on Gatherer and the wording is identical, word for word; so my guess is they haven't updated their Rulings section on the Wolf.
That's a good to know. Though we may want to query and update on Pyreheart Wolf's Menace. Sometimes when an ability gains a keyword, the way it functions can change and the ruling you linked is dated long before Menace became a keyword. In fact, Gatherer errata says; "...creatures you control gain menace...", which puts it on the "Gain X" side of the ruling.
Elemental Mastery is an interesting choice to combo with Midnight Guard. I normally combo it with Presence of Gond and / or Sprout Swarm, bu those a re green cards.
There's two big problems with Breath of Fury, which you do cover here. First, lack of haste on the creature it is moved to. Second, no creature for it to be moved to.A note on Glaring Spotlight. I'm not 100% sure, but I doubt the Unblockable is granted to any creature coming into play after you use its ability. Similarly, Pyreheart Wolf will only grant Menace if it attacks with the new creatures.Additional Rules Lawering: Spawnwrithe and Nacatl Warpride's tokens have a CMC. Normally not important, but it can be in come cases *cough*Ratchet Bomb*cough*
I don't think you need full sets of the higher cmc cards and you could lower the number of some of the them to include Splendid Reclamation. Maybe drop a few Part the Waterveil and Nissa's Renewal? Remember that you can always return them to hand with Metallurgic Summonings activated ability.Perpetual Timepiece could also be useful by shuffling some instants / sorceries back into the library. If you do include Splendid Reclamation, swapping Natural Connection with Fork in the Road might be a bit better. It doesn't ramp you initially, but it does put a land into the graveyard for Splendid, which does effectively ramp you.
With all that looting, Splendid Reclamation would be awesome.
Saheeli Rai is more important to the combo than you might think. Her [-2] makes her an easy second Decoction Module and the combo needs two Decoction Module out. So I'd take her up to 3x at lease (preferably 4x).A 1x Wastes might be useful to fetch off Evolving Wilds for Eldrazi Displacer.
T1: land, Elves of Deep Shadow / Birds of Paradise T2: land, Golgari Signet, Durable Handicraft T3: land, KCI, Module T4: Disciple of the Vault / Zulaport Cutthroat / Blood Artist to combo (can sacrifice Signet to KCI to help).
Fun little trick I just thought of. With Jace's Archivist out (and ready to use its ability), Cast Dark Deal, and with it on the stack, activate Jace's Archivist. Jace's Archivist's ability will resolve first, filling the opponent's hand for Dark Deal to discard it, triggering Liliana's Caress / Waste Not for a lot.
Is the life gain from Blood Artist / Zulaport Cutthroat important? Because Disciple of the Vault does the life loss while only costing {B}.Also, Golgari Signet can help get KCI out a turn earlier and can be sacrificed to KCI.
Have you considered Verdant Force and / or Verdant Embrace? A Saproling per upkeep, including the opponent's upkeeps, is pretty cool.
Ignoring the fungi idea, I'd replace Sprout with Sprout Swarm. It's a little slower, but it produces a lot more over time. Remember, you can convoke for the Buyback.
You're missing the best Saproling producing instant: Sprout Swarm. Also, some Thallids wouldn't hurt.Utopia Mycon let's you sacrifice Saprolings for mana.Psychotrope Thallid sacrifices Saprolings to draw cards. Elvish Farmer gains you life for sacrificing Saprolings. Depending on how deep into the Thallid idea you want to go, you may want to consider these:Thallid Thallid Shell-Dweller Sporesower Thallid Sporoloth Ancient
