Cool cards, but Psychotic Fury can only target a multi coloured creature (and Little Girl is mono) and Psychotic Episode doesn't change LG's abilities, but that doesn't mean I can't use them. I think to help theme my version of this deck a bit I'll use Psychotic Episode, Brink of Madness, Vampire's Bite and Runed Stalactite (to turn LG into a Vamp) :p

Now all you need are "free" counterspells. There are counterspells that let you play them for an alternative cost like discarding an island and another blue card from your hand. A friend also runs that artifact that gets charge counters every upkeep and tapps to put a creature from your hand into play (I forget the name and I'm too lazy to look it up)
I would do it (and it'd almost be an exact copy of this) but I have a problem of how to translate "psychotic" into a card ability. Any suggestions?
Lololololol!!!!! This is an awesome idea :p It'd be even funnier to me (and some friends) if you made her a vampire that was psychotic (like a Malkavian from Vampire the Masquerade) but that's just an inside joke :p
The only help I can add is to say take a look at my deck Land Destruction (Green) http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=111924 don't forget to read the comments there for advice too.
The only problem with that is the main combo exiles the lands, so no lands in grave to add to Roiling Terrain's damage.
I wouldn't say this is infuriating. Firstly it's not the colour I find irritating (that'd be blue), seconly there's way too many single cards and therefore too inconsistent.
Xenograft can turn your Splicers into Golems granting them abilities too :p
I came 4th with this deck :D (out of 12 people)
Post the link no that deck here when you're done, I'd love to take a look at it
As you're running blue, Xenograft can turn the Splicers into Golems granting them abilities and as you're running white, Tempered Steel pumps up those Golems (not the Xenografted Splicers though) and puts them out of burn range. Just my 2 cents worth :p
Just read what Balthor the Defiled does and when thinking of putting all 4 Kokusho's into the grave before using Balthor's ability I almost died I laughed so hard. I've not thought of making a grave based Kokusho Nuke before, now I feel the need to design one :p
Two reasons why I don't know how it'd do - 1) I've never actually made this deck and 2) no one I know plays iso/seek.
That's rite, the Torment does cost quite a bit.
Of you check the date this deck was posted, the tower didn't exist then, but you are rite. And it can be played after never ending goes off as it's not a spell :)
Thanks man ;p
First off, I HATE merfolk. With that said, you should try adding more melfok "lords" (Coralhelm Commander, Lord of Atlantis, Merrow Reejerey). The Reejerey is awesome as it's ability to tap or untap something when you play a merfolk is best used (in my opinion) to untap the land you just used :p
And Font of Mythos and Temple Bell. Definitely add more control (counterspells, etc.)
Put Brainstorm on Ischron Scepter, add in Teferi's Puzzle Box, Howling Mine,
This deck is actually a result of trial and error. I've been modifying it ever since I first built it at the start of Lorwyn. Normally I'd agree with you about the number of lands, but this surprisingly works (I'm still confused as to how). If I had any of the archdruid I'd use them, but sadly I don't :(
