No Cloudshift or MomMomentary Blink?

I'd include one more Phenax, God of Deception. It's a key part of the mill combo, so you want to draw it as often as possible. I'd normaly suggest using a full set of 4 for important cards, but the god is legendary, so you don't want to draw it so often that extras become a dead card in hand.
And now you have found the sad truth about a Kaminari dec: fun idea, not so good in reality. I actually remodelled mine (the one I sometimes play) into a Modern deck that includes two copies of The Unspeakable. While it's not very competitive, it is has a bit more oomph than the pauper version.
Only thing I'm not liking here is the fact that Assault Strobe is a sorcery. I see you already have Temur Battle Rage. Another instant speed double strike enabler is Double Cleave, but sadly it costs 2.
One card that I'm surprised you're not using that would work awesomely with Lust for War is Freed from the Real. Another two that might work well are Curse of Chains and Narcolepsy.
I see you tagged this deck as modern. Sadly Crystalline Sliver isn't Modern legal.
Splice is cool when you have the mana to use it, but I found that with the way Ire of Kaminari works, you'll not be splicing very often (Ire of Kaminari needs the arcane cards in the graveyard).
Another card that goes nicely with all those creatures dying, while not a myr, is Pawn of Ulamog.
Eye of Ugin is legendary, so having 4 in a deck mite not be a good idea
Ire of Kaminari is an awesome card to build around. When Spite of Mogis came out, I was happy and started thinking about how to use it like Ire of Kaminari... until I realised Spite can only target creatures :'(I remember making an Ire of Kaminari deck, but it's win ratio was low. Once I added Wee Dragonauts, my win ratio rose by quite a bit as I needed less arcane cards in the graveyard to win off Ire. Thinking now, Kiln Fiend mite be better than Wee Dragonauts as it costs less mana and gets a bigger boost per spell cast. Nivix Cyclops is another option for a creature with a higher toughness. Dropping down to 20 lands, dropping Izzet Boilerworks all together and adding 4 to 6 Evolving Wilds and or Terramorphic Expanse might help with drawing unnecessary lands off your draw spells.
FYI, protection doesn't protect from global effects (unless it's global damage, and Avacyn already covers that), as protection can only stop being targeted by, dealt damage by, and being blocked by sources of whatever you have protection from. [So, Mutilate can still kill stuff with protection from black]So, you don't really need protection in this type of deck. You already cover the prevention of targeting with hexproof and protection from damage with indestructible. Like I said, there's always a way to get around something in Magic. Oh, and yes, a well timed loop of Silence does work (*cough*Isochron Scepter*cocough*), but that's a build for a different type of deck.
I've been running a mono black Heartless Summoning based deck for a while now and might be able to make a few suggestions. Firstly, Armillary Sphere seems a little slow (imo). I run Wayfarer's Bauble as my land search for one major reason: it puts the land onto the battlefield, not into your hand.Mutilate is my personal favourite mass kill against most decks, especially aggro. The -X/-X gets around regenerate and indestructible, and being global, it gets around hexproof / shroud. A trick I often use is to equip a creature with Lashwrithe, then cast Mutilate to kill everything other than the equipped creature :pBile Blight and Massacre Wurm can be devastating to an aggro deck as they can get rid of multiple creatures at once. Also, Massacre Wurm's second ability triggers off Mutilate XD Tormod's Crypt (and the like) can disrupt a number of graveyard based decks. Some of these suggestions are better main board, but sideboard actually depends somewhat on your group's meta.
The thing is, in Magic, there's always a way to get around what the opponent put up. For most global effects, something that grants indestructible (like Avacyn, Angel of Hope) should keep your stuff alive, but that still doesn't help against sacrifice; exile; and -X/-X. You seem to have Sigarda, Host of Herons to help against sacrifice and Privileged Position to help against targeting (which most exile effects are). The most played global hate cards say 'destroy all creatures" because the "exile all" often costs more mana, so you should be fine once Avacyn is out.I tend to play with lesser used cards to fit in those little gaps people forget to defend, so don't worry too much about Mutilate, it's not played often enough to hinder this deck too much.
Stick to mono black. Because you'll be Entombing them to Exhume / Living Death them back into play, you won't need any other colours.
He means it's banned in tournament play, but restricted to 1 in a deck in Vintage.
Xathrid Necromancer does similar, but only works if the creatures dying are Human. That's why it's combo'ed with Conspiracy and / or Xenograft to turn all your creatures into Humans, including the Zombies that Xathrid Necromancer puts out. But all this is probably for a different deck, it's own deck...
I specifically meant reanimating cards with awesome abilities, like Iona and Elesh Norn are for their effects. Others I was thinking of include Grave Titan (a personal favourite) and Sheoldred, Whispering One (reanimates a creature for free once a turn). Kokusho is a cool reanimate target, but having it as your only target isn't, imo, a good idea. Glad you like it. I'll need to work on it a bit more irl before posting it here so I can give a detailed 'how to'.
I agree with malignantmatt, adding a few more creatures to reanimate might help some. Don't forget to include non black creatures for their effects, like Elesh Norn, Iona, etc.Kokusho is frigging awesome. Back when the legend rule killed all copies in play, I kicked out Bogardan Hellkite for Kokusho in my Dragonstorm deck... Good times :)Now, Kokusho sits in my Heartless Summoning deck and his death trigger combos nicely with other cards I have in the deck, namely Phyrexian MeMetamorph; Sheoldred (keep returning and sacrificing Phyrexian Metamorph); and Mutilate. I'm currently tinkering with a GB Spirit based idea to get all 4 Kokusho into the graveyard to come back off Living End. The idea is to sacrifice spirits to Lifespinner's ability to fetch Iname, Death Aspect; then use InIname's ETB effect to put all 4 Kokusho into the graveyard, only for all 4 to be reanimated by Living End. (I'm trying to make it Modern legal).
Have you thought about adding Ensoul Artifact?Scary, but possible play: Turn 1 Vault Skirge, turn 2 Ensoul and swing for 5 lifelin, turn 3 play and equip Cranial Plating.
Was checking to see if you had Swarmyard in here and I noticed 2 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx.
