You already have 4x Eidolon of Blossoms, this should be more than enough

Darksteel Citadel
You mite want to try work in some Howling Mine effects to further the draw triggers. Also, upgrading Jace's Erasure to Sphinx's Tutelage would work nicely. But working in the Tutelage in addition to Erasure would be even better... Wait, I already designed a deck that does that :phttp://www.mtgvault.com/dedwards/decks/puzzling/
Herald of the Pantheon?
Not sure if you've aware of this, but having two (or more) Enduring Scalelord out and having 1 of your abilities trigger can cause the Enduring Scalelords to become nigh infinitely big (you get to choose when to stop each triggering off the other). This is cool because you can attack with them, then after blockers are declared, use an instant or ability to put a +1/+1 counter on any creature you control and have the one that got through become infinitely big for the win :P PS: it's most likely a system glitch, but you have 6x Managorger Hydra in here.
Obviously, one of the rare fetch lands would be best, but I don't have money to spare for them. I have been testing the Panorama (Grixis Panorama; Jund Panorama; Naya Panorama) in my mono red Dragonstorm deck with more success than Evolving Wilds / Terramorphic Expanse, but that deck is a little slower than this one, so I don't know how the Panorama will work here.
At least consider Triton Tactics, the extra effects of untaping 2 of your creatures and any creatures they block remain tapped is very useful as a defensive combat trick.
With Assault Formation out, Shape the Sands and Triton Tactics become very good pump spells.
The problem is, by the time I realised how good Rabblemaster is, his price tag had skyrocketed :'( I'm not spending over ZAR 100 per Rabblemaster for a fun deck.
Nope, that's also a triggered ability, not activated. An activated ability has a cost cost* followed by ":" then an effect. (cost: effect). *A cost is normally one of these:Paying manaTapping the card itself and / or something elseSacrificing somethingA combination of the aboveA triggered ability is an ability that doesn't have an active cost, but is rather trigger by something happening. Illusionist's Bracers can only copy activated abilities.
Yes, they get exiled at the beginning of your next upkeep, but that's only if they are on the battlefield when the game checks for them. Thus, if you sacrifice them before then, they won't be exiled. And if they return due to effects like Undying or Persist, they're treated as 'new' and 'different' creatures, so Rally's exile effect won't exile them.
That may just be the best replacement for Immortal Servitude, good call.
Each fetch land reduces the number of lands in the deck, thus increasing the chance to draw a nonland.
Nope, that's a triggered effect. From Gatherer:An activated ability is written in the form “Cost: Effect.”So, the only other creature in here it can affect is Returned Phalanx, but copying that ability is redundant.
Your combo does work, but it's technically not infinite as you need to choose where to stop. Now, about the deck itself. There's a way to illuminate eliminate the need for blu blue all together by replacing Xenograft with Conspiracy. Even if you don't make the change of dropping blue, I still highly suggest taking the enchantment up to at least 3x as it's VERY important to the combo. Dropping blue will open up space. An ally that I suggest can fill a spot is Hagra Diabolist. It'll allow you to win the turn you combo off.
I'm a little concerned about Immortal Servitude. Not many combo pieces in here share a converted mana cost. Have you thought about maybe using Cauldron Haze in its spot.
Small problem with Illusionist's Bracers here. The only ability it can copy with what you have in here is the tap mill effect granted by Phenax. The Bracers can only copy activated abilities, not triggerd abilities.
Why no Oblivion Ring? (or similar)
Jungle Shrine may produce all three colours, but it doesn't have any of the land types. I suggest switching it with Evolving Wilds / Terramorphic Expanse so that you can fetch the land type your creatures need to get bigger (16 of your creatures need this). I know Nylea's Presence gives the land all types, but increasing the chance for land type will help you a lot.
Greater Auramancy grants Shroud to all your other enchantments and each enchanted creature you control. Down side is each creature can only be enchanted once. Privileged Position gives all your other permanents hexproof. Down side is it costs 5 mana, with 3 of it being white. Then there's the option of granting indestructible. Ajani's Presence is probably the best option for this, but others I would consider include Ephemeral Shields, Valorous Stance, Rootborn Defenses, and Indestructibility.
