I suggest removing all of the Plains, and add 6 Fetchlands that search for Swamps, that way you always have Black mana for Obliterator, but also have "Plains" mana from the Dual/Shocklands

He meant thet you could use Glissa's Scorn for artifact destruction(for more GLISSA), and that you could kill their permanents and make them lose 1 life with the coating.

Also, use Galvanic Blast over Lightning Bolt.

Well, you have four bolts (galvanic blast) and 2 jor kadeen, so having more plains and mountains would help with them and since (well you should) you have all colors for the monstrosity you could just run four cultivate and 1 swamp an plains and search for them with cultivate.
There's a new phyrexia artifact that searches for basic land (and if you use it with tezz you can run three colors easily, and have a strong 5/5 creature)

Why not just have more red and white, and some Cultivate, for the Monstrosity

If you go B/U, you could run Tezz to make that Relic you might run into of use, and he can also be strong with Nexus, or visa-versa.

Could you or anyone else check out my awesome idea for a standard combo deck, using all the praetors in a mostly mono deck.

You should take out the mountains and add a r/b land. You don't ever want to have 2 mountains and 1 wamp and be mana screwed.

FoW is actually around $70 per. They shot up recently. So I've heard.
