You should add white just for Spirit Link, on Stuffy Doll.
In mono green, yes use Spasm and Rampant, but Llanny is always best.

The chances of drawing the Strikes are pretty low.
I once swung with 15 infect to both of my opponents in two combat phases, without Snonebrow. World at War and Savage Beating give extra pumps so think about them too, most of the time they're kinda useless but it is really fun.

(Wish I could edit comments on here) In the Web of War works great with him and other creatures with trample, and you should consider Triumph of the Hoards and quite possibly Overrun.

Contaminated Ground, in my opinion, would be better, because no one wants to damage themselves against Vamps, and it actually takes away the lands (mana) colors.
Doran makes all creatures deal damage with their toughness, Rolling Stones lets tham attack. You wanted a way to win.
