Instead of Fresh Meat or some Slagwurms I'd suggest Dungrove Elder. There's also a new card in Dark Ascension that I really like called Stragleroot Geist. It's a {G}{G} 2/1 Haste Undying (Comes back from dying with a +1 counter on it). It would be great with your morbid ramp.
Sacred Mesa may be a bit better than Luminarch, since as you do have Honor of the Pure.
Yes. If the card is a creature when it is put into the graveyard, it will trigger any abilities that would trigger as that is happening.
No, when it hit's the graveyard it's goes to it's card form, which doesn't have creature in it's supertype
Emeria won't do shit in creatureless decks. You're better off with just Plains or Serra's Sanctum
Mentor of the Meek wins games in T2. Almost every draw will be a creature with power two or less.
You should put a Legendary Eldrazi for Niv Mizzet so you can discard into the library and redo the combo.
