What about having "Hotdecks" in different categories? Such as Hotdeck EDH, Budget, Legacy, Vintage, Modern, Standard, Kitchen Table, Crazy Combos, Timmy Time, and so on?

MTGVault has always been my first choice for deck building. The only thing I can think with the loss of users is other sites. MTGGoldfish and MTGDeckbuilders have become very popular with players in my playgroup. I even transferred most of my deck in MTGVault to MTGGoldfish for my playgroup to view. That being said, I think MTGVault needs to have a facelift, with detailed price charts, detailed card choices, (Foil Prices, Holiday, Judge, and others), and possibly a whole new look.I know I am at fault as well, every weekend I would add at least 10 comments and likes to decks. It has been over 6 months adding any comment. I have been busy with work, family life, and a person gets a little burned out once leaving a comment. Without no comments or responses. Being a part of MTGVault since 2009 the suggestion I could give is if someone leaves a comment response. Also, If someone leaves a comment on one of your decks such as a suggestion, bring up there profile look at there decks and choose one or two you think you would enjoy playing. Then, leave a comment as to what you would add, take out or even change. Give them other ideas, addition combos, protecting the deck, or what you like about the deck and so on.
No Liliana of the Veils and Bloodghasts? It would only raise the price of the deck by 400%, lol. I know I enjoy playing two Phyrexian Obliterator and one Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet in my mono-black devotion deck. They are pretty powerful when on the board. Also, Fulminator Mage could be an interesting fit as well.
Unless following it up with Remand instead of Counterspell. By countering removal to hand then drawing a card, with nothing in deck ending up in a win with lab-man.
Mana Severance is "any" lands including protection lands and additional mana lands, not just islands. So, once the combo goes off you exile all lands including them. They would mostly help with early fast casting, anti-countering, and possible manlands for aggressive creature decks.
Not sure if you wanted to keep budget but, could always work on your mana base as well. Such as Ancient Tomb, Cavern of Souls (Naming Humans so protecting your Maniac & Kaho from countering), Command Beacon, Crystal Vein, Haunted Fengraf, and Quicksand. Also, possible manlands such as Blinkmoth Nexus, Inkmoth Nexus, and Mutavault.
Have you thought about going a little old school with Bogardan Hellkite? Also Skirk Prospector would work great in dragon storm, by playing and sacrificing goblins one after another for more storm and mana.
How about Rest for the Weary then following with a land?
I think Wall of Omens is mostly for the draw aspect and a bonus blocker.
A one of Secure the Wastes, would maybe help for late games or slow games. I also thought possibly Anointed Procession but, maybe too slow for this deck being a four drop and the deck seems pretty fast pace.
Vampires are a hit or miss, I put together a modern vampires deck not to long ago. I will post the link together it felt somewhat bland up until I decided to add red to the mix.https://www.mtgvault.com/clockworkcopper/decks/pain-gain-drain-modern/
Mentor of the Meek would be a nice addition with card draw advantage plus, only 99 cents. I would also like to say keep it up on the decks. Every time I come back to MTGVault it's comforting to see you still helping out the Vault community with your budget decks. My neighbor has actually built a couple of your decks, after I turned him onto the Vault. He comes over every Thursday to have a couple beers and play some magic. If you ever find your self in Iowa feel free to stop by.
I Like the idea with Gemstone Mine and Treva's Ruins, I feel though a boardwipe could hurt your mana fixing with Thran Quarry, Unclaimed Territory maybe a better choice.
You have a large amount of sorceries and instants have you thought about running Young Pyromancer? It would work great with Omnath, Locus of Rages second ability. Everytime you cast a instant or sorcery you put a 1/1 elemental into play so, being EDH with the massive number of boardwipes, just think how much damage you could end up doing to the targets of your choice. Plus, production of 1/1's would also help with blocking or addition attacks.
Not much in those colors to multiply tokens faster, you would probably want more green like Doubling Season. There is Followed Footsteps but, downfall is it's slow only copying one each upkeep plus five mana to cast. You could always run Phantasmal Image for a two drop to copy your more powerful creatures or Copy Enchantment to double up your 1/1 rogue fairies by copying a additional Bitterblossom.
Unclaimed Territory and Botanical Sanctum would give you additional mana fixing for your merfolks.
Looks like you may still be working on this deck due to the name but, may want a couple plains to play Sorin or Godless Shrines and Marsh Flats. Also, if decide to run white and black Legion Lieutenant would be an excellent choice. Cavern of Souls is also a great staple in any tribal deck for anti-countering.
Favorable Winds would be a great addition to this deck, being all your creatures have flying. I would probably remove the Control Magics in replacement. Because you already have creature stealing with Sower of Temptation plus, additional removal.
Rancor maybe a nice addition plus, would stay on the creature until it would die, then Rancor would bounce back to your hand for an additional creature.
Ezuri, Renegade Leader is a great commander for elves, been playing with him in tiny leaders recently. Some idea I could give is Wirewood Symbiote is a great idea. Great for bouncing your elves in case of removal and untaps another creature. Also, possibly some land fixing idea I could give are: Wirewood Lodge, Oran-Rief, the Vastwood, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and Cavern of Souls. Gaea's Cradle is probably the best but the price tag is a bit ridiculous so, could also go with Growing Rites of Itlimoc instead. Hope this gives you a couple of ideas and the deck looks pretty solid.
