I would say Sign In Bloods replace with Treasure Cruise, Also Glimpse the Unthinkable over Tome Scour, bad thing though Glimpse the Unthinkable is pricy money wise. Maybe replace Dash Hopes with Mana Leak, like were your going with Dash Hopes with Mindcrank in play they either mill five cards and pay five life, or counter there spell, but, it could be a game ender on your part. Another thing I ran a Mill deck a few years back Archive Trap is awesome, pretty much 90% of modern decks run fetchlands so zero for thirteen card mill is great. I wish more people ran mill but, with graveyard control it hurts so, Leyline of the Void is a great idea for sideboard.

I'm liking this idea well placed together. I would run Surgical Extraction in mainboard takes out problem cards like counters and shuts down combos. Also Treasure Cruise is nuts, and Gitaxian Probe for the draw and being able to see whats in there hand, hope this helps.

Instead of Warstorm Surge, I think Purphoros, God of the Forge would be a better idea. Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, Purphoros deals 2 damage to each opponent. Plus, it cost four to play over Warstorm Surge that is six. Then another idea is drop a Hornets Nest, then Purphoros, then play a Shivan Meteor on Hornets Nest dealing thirteen damage to it, bring in thirteen Hornets and dealing twenty six damage.

Archangel of Thune, not human but, with your lifegaining Archangel of Thune and all your other creatures can get very big, very fast.

Yep, Topor Orb shuts it down with or without Yet Another Æther Vortex. Might as well run Flash and Protean Hulk to play him, down side Flash is banned in Legacy (AKA Protean Hulk deck) and Restricted in Vintage but, kitchen table legit.

When it says that permanents on top of your library are in play, that's exactly what it means. If the top card of your library is a Forest, you can tap it, you can sacrifice it to whatever, and your opponent can Stone Rain it. If the top card of your library is a creature, you can attack with it, block with it, play its abilities, or sacrifice it. If the top card of your library is a local enchantment, state-based effects put it into your graveyard immediately since it's in play without being attached to a permanent. When the top card of your library moves to a different zone (you drew it, you sacrificed it, it got destroyed, whatever), its leaves-play abilities will trigger. The new card that's revealed as the top card of your library does not trigger comes-into-play effects. Let's discuss what happens when a card with an “as this card comes into play” effect is revealed as the top card of your library. Or a card with a “this card comes into play with a +1/+1 counter on it” ability. Or one that says it comes into play tapped. Or what happens when a card lets you sacrifice any number of permanents and you want to sacrifice your entire library one card at a time. There thats what I have gotten on this card and too much typing on my part.

I can read, just read it incorrectly, I'm Sorry! But, looking up Yet Another Æther Vortex, yes Protean Hulk is considered in play being on top of the library as stated, so milling would take affect putting a creature into your graveyard from play.

You can mill in red I have seen it done with a very evil deck using Mindcrank and direct damage. Mill Hulk will not trigger, Protean Hulk states: When Protean Hulk is put into a graveyard from play, search your library for any number of creature cards with total converted mana cost 6 or less and put them into play. Then shuffle your library. It need to be placed in graveyard from play only, also exile will not allow Protean Hulk to trigger being not going to graveyard, hope this helps.

Yeah your right, I was thinking during your upkeep over untapping by bad. You can do it at the end of there turn though, so still a nice addition.

Happy B-Day, this deck reminds me of a game I was watching. This guy plays a Ass Whuppin' then a Glamerdye card states: (Destroy target silver-bordered permanent in any game you can see from your seat). He changed Silver-bordered to Black-bordered then he destroyed a Griselbrand at another table that was about ready to kill another guy. We all laughed and the guy at the other table was such a good sport he destroyed his Griselbrand and ended up losing the game, but said it was one of the best plays he had ever seen.

Oh yeah almost forgot, Setessan Tactics is better then Time to Feed, two cost then one extra for your other creature, being able to kill more instead of one and gives them +1/+1 as well until end of turn. So, you can fight before your untap step then attack with added bonus of the +1/+1.

Another interesting idea if I may say so, nice job. Sakura-Tribe Elder could work as a nice addition somewhat looks like a Dinosaur, helps with mana fixing, and searches for a land for Allosaurus Rider, plus can be used as a chump blocker until your creatures hit the field. Also to help lower your mana costs Emerald Medallion would help as well.

Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite is a better choice over Soul of Theros. You don't need to pay the mana like with Soul of Theros for +2/+2 creatures plus, giving -2/-2 making all the other players creatures well, very much in a dyer dilemma. The only downside is she is pretty expensive money and mana wise but, when she hits the board she becomes a game changer.

Making the game a little fast, I would probably drop a Utvara Hellkite. Eight mana can be a little hard to pull off even with red mana fixing. Also Furyborn Hellkite, unless you wanted to run four Lightning Bolts (for early drop creatures) or Mana Jets (for scry ability and card draw advantage plus damage) these two would help feed into the Bloodthirst as well as nice early removal or direct damage as needed. With these two mentioned you should have a spot opened up for a Cruciable of Fire or two. Also a nice addition you could keep in mind would be a Braid of Fire, now being beginning of the upkeep you couldn't use it for casting creatures but, you can use the mana for any instants or what I used it for firebreathing effects with dragons already in play.

I see Draco in your Sideboard so not sure if running mostly modern, but if running whatever or Legacy Dragonspeaker Shaman & Kilnmouth Dragon are very nice additions. If running modern I have had good luck with Rakdos Pit Dragon and Taurean Mauler (counting as a dragon) Crucible of Fire could add as a nice addition but won't run more then two.
