If I've got this right, your hand would be a Forest, a Lotus Petal, Channel, Emrakul, Swiftfoot Boots or Strider harness, and two other cards. Play the Forest and Lotus Petal, tap the forest and sac the petal for Channel. Pay 18 life for 18 mana, play Emrakul and equip him with the Boots. Attack.

Thats true, Lackey is a great card. I have a playset that I use in another of my goblin decks, but this deck doesn't need him. Thanks for the suggestion though :D
24 lands?! You could drop 4-5 of those and the deck should still run perfectly. 24 is way too many in a deck where everything is 0-1 mana. I would take out 4 lands and add more goblins or burn spells.
Buried Alive is to get the Bloodghasts out right?
You're right it does, but Mindmoil does the same thing. Plus, Mindmoil doesn't let my opponent draw cards.
looks very nice! maybe you could work Rogue Elephant in somewhere.
I think in this deck Goblin Guide would be faster than Goblin Gaveleer, just my opinion.
goblin gaveleer might not be a great choice because you aren't running equipment.
Its possible to pump out 6-7 mana turn one: Mountain, Rite of Flame, Rite of Flame, Geosurge (or Seething Song), and a dragon. But as you said, hands like that don't happen often.
If you are willing to drop standard, you could add Gelectrode.
Goblin Chieftain give all your goblins haste, which is much more useful in most games than mountainwalk. Also, if you are playing another goblin deck Goblin King will boost your opponent's creatures. Goblin Chieftain > Goblin King
Not bad, I would suggest Goblin Chieftain in place of Adventuring Gear. If you aren't running fetchlands, Adventuring Gear honestly isn't that good. Also take out a few Howling Mines. Infiltration Lens is better; it not only works well with the Gaveleers, but it doesn't give the opponent cards. Put in two more Goblin Guides to replace them. So, -4 Adventuring Gear -2 Howling Mine +4 Goblin Chieftain +2 Goblin Guide Oh, and I can WIN on turn two with my goblin deck, take a look and leave a comment. Yes, that's correct. When you hit your opponent with Warren Instigator you can put in a creature for the first strike attack and another for the regular attack.
That's true, but there are a ton of turn three and four wins that make up for it. =D
Just a comment about the deck, I don't think Druid of the Anima or Noble Hierarch can be played legally in this deck because they have mana symbols on them that aren't on your general.
Teferi's Puzzle Box! I use it in a casual Niv-Mizzet deck, its like Mindmoil.
Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund night be useful as a one-of. Giving your dragons haste straight out of the Dragonstorm is really nice against a life-gain deck that you wouldn't be able to beat in one turn with the Hellkites alone.
Drop a mountain or two as well, 90 percent of the deck is three mana or less.
Galvanic Blast looks out of place. You only have 8 artifacts, plus you are running Kuldotha Rebirth; you might not get metelcraft consistently. I would try 3 Flame Slashs in place of the Blasts.
Niv-Mizzet the Firemind is a dragon right? yeah, add him to the deck.
