Ditched the grenades for some Warchiefs, I might be able to trade for a few at my local shop. I might try out Sharpshooter as well, I have a playset that I use in an Izzet ping deck. And I respectfully disagree with what you said about Goblin Tinkerer being better than Shattering Spree. Tinkerer comes in, but isn't immediately useful. Also, say you are up against an Affinity deck with artifacts spilling out like crazy. Shattering Spree kills multiple threats in one turn creating an opening in the opponents defenses. Tinkerer comes out, waits around for a bit, then kills one artifact and very likely deals itself lethal damage. I can see how it could be useful in certain games, but I think Shattering Spree is a better card in most situations.

Good idea, I'll try it out.

Also, I just saw the card Braid of Fire. Does that spew out mana or am I reading it wrong? Would it be a viable replacement for say, Ruby Medallion?

Not bad, but I would play 4 Seething Songs and more Mountains. Check out my Dragon deck for ideas:

Thanks! Shaman and Outcast are both in there by the way, you must have missed them. As for Aether Vial, the mana ramp does just fine getting dragons out, it isn't needed. Plus, there isn't anything I want to take out, so even if Vial would work I probably couldn't fit it in.

Thanks man! :D I partly agree with you that there should be some lower-mana options, but I think the reason behind Leviathans, Dragons, Angels, etc. being high-cost is because they are meant to be "boss" creatures. A small, 3 mana Leviathan creature would leave me a bit disappointed quite honestly. Cheap creatures are the job of Goblins, Soldiers, Elves, and other weenie tribes. That divide is what makes each deck more interesting in my opinion. If every tribe had a good creature from 1-7 mana, what fun would making a tribal deck be?

Haha, thank you! BTW, anyone have a better name for the deck? "Dragon Tribe" isn't exactly creative.

I think I will switch out the Gallentrys for Guided Strike, good idea. Lightning Bolt might be a good option as well, with the Liege out its 6 damage for one mana. Thanks for the suggestions!

Your mana curve is really high, so I would add about 4 lands. Kemba's Legion isn't very good either, because you only have 4 equipment and you want them all on Kemba, Kha Regent. What I would do is ditch the Kemba's Legions, add a few more equipment and lands, and replace 2 Jareth with 2 Sunspear Shikari. Felidor Sovereign is a really high mana card as well, you might want take out one or two.

Thanks for the advice realdecks, I'll definitely get a sideboard going. Sneak Attack is a cool idea by itself, and with Sundial it becomes flat-out unfair. I'll play around with it, thanks for the idea.

Sweet deck, but 12,500 dollars?! O_o

Oh, and you probably just haven't gotten around to editing the deck yet but Mental Misstep is banned in Legacy. :/

If I was to add something to ensure bloodthirst is active it would probably be Goblin Fireslinger not Geistflame. Geistflame isn't a very good card honestly, the only thing that makes it slightly useful is the flashback. Thanks for the suggestion though.

The reason Lightning Greaves is in here is because the equip cost is zero. This allows me to attack with a dragon I just played because I can give it haste for free. Swiftfoot Boots is a good card but it costs one mana to equip which slows down an already slow deck, plus there is no advantage to having hexproof over shroud because I don't target my own creatures with anything. I really appreciate the comment though!

Quicksilver Amulet is a neat idea, but that would alter the deck quite a bit, i.e. make some of the mana ramp cards unnecassary. I'll think about it, thanks for the idea!

Elite Inquisitor is a really good white weenie card, try adding a few of those. I would also try to get Honor of the Pure up to 4, its a really good card in decks like this.

Not bad, but I would suggest ditching the Pith Drillers and the Faceless Devourers to get down to 60 cards. Pith Driller isn't very good, and Faceless Devourer is only good is certain situations. They don't deserve a spot in the main deck. I would also up the number of Dark Rituals to 4, they speed up the deck.

Nice deck. Invisible Stalker is a great choice for this deck, having a creature that maximizes the swords abilities is a really smart choice. The only thing I could think to add is some removal, Oblivion Ring maybe. I don't play standard, but this looks like a pretty solid build. Post if you use this deck at FNM, I'm interested to see how does.

I could use some feedback on my Dragon tribal, check it out:

Nice! My favorite Ravnica land is that swamp by Stephan Martiniere, number 295. I've got two foil, and damn they look good. :D
