I like it but if you want to annoy the shit out of people stack the deck so it gains more mana and add a lot of extorts. I was in a tournament with my orzhov stacked like that and destroyed everyojne. 16 damage dealt and gained a turn. i was disgusted. But a good deck LOVE deathpact angel lol.

take out a domri rade for a garruk wildspeaker. Help ramp mana so much. Search the city to add three lands to your hand... What's the point of Buried Ruins??? Caravan vigil too. Add that one lol. Possibly mana barbs if you want to risk it. Flame servant is a must in a burn deck like this.

Oh! also add sheoldred or another swampwalk to go along with yawgmoth

Uhhhh. Why is there only one crypt ghast? He helps so much in an extory based deck. Make it so there's four of him. Remove dutiful thrull and put in Thrull parasite. Have less kingpin's pets and more basilica screechers. High Priest of penance is nice but not needed. Add a guardian of the gateless and spirit mantle lol. And gift of orzhova isnt needed either. The deck isn't meant to attack... just extort the shit outa people. Hope this helps and makes sense.
