Have you considered Quest for Pure Flame for this stuff?

I'd rethink Shimmer Myr. I'd place Havengul Lich in his place so you can be a bastard-man by rezzing Perilous Myr as many times as you can tap for 1Grey every turn and burning for two.
I ALSO don't think you need Inkmoth in here at all. In fact, I would take it out as it doesn't synergize well.
Nix Temepered Steel. It's better for aggro decks. I believe Havengul, Dual Lands and splashing in Blue elements of Draw-accel would help.

It looks sound enough as the potential synergy between cards is apparent in how I see their effects coming together. I'd call for extensive testing before I'd build it.

I'd consider Inquisitor's Flail - one or two - for Boros Reckoner, in order to make him a colossal threat regardless of whether or not you have Stuffy Doll up.

I'd 4-up on Breeding Pool over any number Steam Vents. Make the definition of "Forest" as inclusive and utile as possible by using ALL the shocklands, you.
That said, I would try to find two more sulfur falls.
