Iso scepter into stream of consciousness and you're really up to infinite shuffling.

Celestial Armor is a must.
Is this supposed to be in some specific format? If not, Primordial Hydra is a must here. Priest of Titania is also great. Explore and Multani's Acolyte or Elvish Visionary for drawing. Collective Unconscious and Harmonize for mass drawing.
Keep in mind that since war elemental is the only permanent creature, if you play Chandra she's likely to get attacked. So either you use burn spells on the enemy creatures, or... I don't know.Still a good take on the concept. If you're interested, my "Ride the Lightning" is quite similar.
Awesome combo. Bravo sir.
Thanks. I don't know much about commander.
Braid of fire Ruling:10/1/2009: Any of this mana that isn't spent during your upkeep step will be removed before your draw step begins. You cannot save it to be spent on the card you will draw this turn.To make it worth, replace sorceries with "X" mana cost with instants.
It sure does sounds like it. BTW you'd probably need Quicksilver Amulet or Elvish Piper to pump them out at a decent rate in my opinion.
Is the title a song quote? I've got a strange familiar feeling about it.
I don't understand how Faerie Impostor would be useful here. Only creature that gives you benefit when played again is Archaeomancer, and even that has very limited uses in this deck. Also, detain is dumb. Sorry, no offense, it's just a stupid rule. If you want to draw, choose something else like Brainstorm or Ponder that are A LOT better. For control, Propaganda and Icy Prison (or Thirst, I can't remember) are a lot better as well. I would play aggressively with unblockable creatures and equipments. Sword of Fire and Ice is a beast with Invisible Stalker. But there are many more, like Quietus Spike. Standstill is good if you want to freeze the game for a while. Then, if you have more space, add land fetching cards like Terramorphic Expanse or something similar. This gives you advantage of thinning your deck and thus being able to draw what you need more easily.
Too many discard. The red deck is fast, so you'll be able to use one or two discards at best. Then, your opponent would have no cards to discard anymore. Keep 4 Hymn to Tourach and 4 Gerrard's Verdict. Get rid of the others. Luminarch Ascension is a really dumb idea. Playing agains a red deck, you probably WILL take damage and I don't see any wall or Orim's Chant to prevent that situation. So either you use Orim's Chant / Ghostly Prison, or get rid of those. Entreat the Angels is also a poor choice. You'd better drop it for some white lifelink creature to help you survive the early turns with life gain. A couple of Serra Angel as a win cond seems appropriate as well.
Go life gain. Seriously. It's one of the best ways to deal with this kind of deck. Gain life and then play some heavy hitters (or use fly+vigilance) and there you go.
Hell yeah man, welcome back! Why not busting in Avatar of Serra? High mana cost, but a real nuke in a deck like this! Also for life gaining, I quite like Beacon of Immortality and Celestial Armor.
Drop Grave Pact. It's really not necessary in a deck like this. Also, Bone Splinters may be more efficient than Barter in Blood. I'd make it 2 each.
Dude, this is really cool! I once did something similar with my brother. We used tokens instead of recurring creatures, and 4 diabolic intent for double pleasure. Care to check it out? http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=365543
Fix your mana
What format is this?
Third garbage deck I've seen today. They are getting numerous.
Add Glimpse and a couple Archaeomancer to use it again.
