Nice, budget deck. The first deck I ever published in MTG Vault was a budget infinite myr deck way back in Nov 2010: https://www.mtgvault.com/planestalker/decks/budget-infinite-myr-deck/My deck was combo deck had just a few blue counter spells to protect it going off turn 4 or five. Unfortunately most tournment worthy combo decks at that time often went go off on turn 1 or 2 and if they could do it consistantly their cards were evetually banned or restricted ;-))Your deck is more of a weenie/burn deck. Lots of little creatures that get buffed and burn spells for finishers. In the past burn and weenie decks sometimes worked well because they often had good mana denial in main board or sideboard. As your deck is Legacy legal Blood Moon and Magnus of the Moon would be possibilities except they are not very budget friedly cards. Molten Rain, Stone Rain, and Pillage are budget possibilities for sideboard. Winter Orb in side board also is a possibility if you put mana producing myr. Thanks for thinking of me and @Anon88!If there is a deck you would like to make for you let me know.May you always make your own good luck.Planeswalker

Nine Lives and Primordial Ooze are fun things to exchange control to opponent.
You might consider adding artifact lands to help with using Galvanic Blast and Shrapnel Blast.Rustvale Bridge (under 20 cents), Ancient Den and Great Furnace and can be bought for under a dollor each.Remember, Ancient Den and Great Furnace are still banned in modern but Rustvale Bridge is not.
Really like the theme of your deck. When you gain life then more good stuff may happen. Here are some cards to consider adding when you have the money and you don't mind lossing friends ;-))Aetherflux Reservoir {4}ArtifactWhenever you cast a spell, you gain 1 life for each spell you've cast this turn.Pay 50 life: Aetherflux Reservoir deals 50 damage to any target.Ajani Goldmane {2}{W}{W}Legendary Planeswalker — Ajani+1: You gain 2 life.-1: Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. Those creatures gain vigilance until end of turn.-6: Create a white Avatar creature token. It has "This creature's power and toughness are each equal to your life total."Loyalty: 4Heliod, Sun-Crowned + Walking Ballista deals infinite damage (and gains infinite life!)Whole article on how to abuse Heliod, Sun-Crowned: https://www.toplevelpodcast.com/heliod-sun-crowned/
Some typical blue mass removal are: Cyclonic Rift (Overload ability), Flood of Tears, Evacuation. Wah Out, Devastation Tide. Herre's a site that will provide alot of blue answers: https://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/commander-edh/776109-best-non-counterspell-answers-in-blue
Hi Hellbragga,Fun deck. I like your theme of making copies. I'm not expert at EDH. But after alot or research I've come up with aquick check list I've used to refine EDH decks.Simple Check List for EDH deck1. Does it have a consistant mana ramp. Somewhere over 38 lands unless deck has really low average CMC for deck. And at least 20 cards that either make mana or increase mana supply. This includes creatures that make mana, artifacts and enchantments.2. Deck has at least 10 to 15 spot removal cards and at least 3-5 mass removal spells. Deck may have fewer mass removal spells if deck has consistant way to recover removal spells or create mass removal repeatly. The tougher the EDH group you play with the more permanent spot removal spells you need. Spot removal either exiles or removes permanent from game. Destroy is nice, bury is better, but if your really want to handle the situation only remove from game really does the job.3. If the deck is being played in group game is there a way the deck can win by killing all the opponent's at once or one after another. If not rethink your deck design. Remember, killing a few opponents but still losing game is still a loss.4. Have you put in a few cards that are just fun to play? Polymorphist's Jest (is my favorite fun card to play) Great EDH group play is for fun and laughs.5. Remember if the deck is not meant for tournament make a deck that is fun to play (doesn't take long complicated turns) and is fun to play against (doesn't win by combo by turn 3 or earlier).Don't know if this is much help. But I hope you find something useful in what I've suggestedMay you always make your own good luck.Planeswalker
HI Wickeddarkman, You should post your idea of a Rat Colony deck with Echoing Return I'd look forward to seeing it.
Hi Muktol, Don't know of any card quite like what you want. Thus this use of dredge in my deck. If you look carefully you will notice Bloodbood March is in deck but I took out Zombie Infestation for Life from the Loam.
Hi dknight, I put in zombie infestation because I liked it over putrid imp because zombie infestion was more likely to help make the needed 3 creatures to sacrifice for Dread Return. But still you have a point the deck does need stuff like more dredge, evasion, mana acceleration. So I've added Filth for evasion, took out Zombie Infestation and put in Life of the Loam for more dredge and some mana acceleration put in Golgari Thug even more dredge and for recursion of Eternal Witness.
Wow, was I asleep when checked this. Lands are fixed now. Great call on Allosaurus Shepard. Not so sure about cutting Swan Song it is a great way to giving opponent a creature and helping push thru spells, but with Allosaurus Shepard added maybe its not so key a card.
Hi Darklotus,I like the quality of your decks. Solid card selections and that you make the effort to add a sideboard.
Hey Wickeddarkman, Here's the Intel:So putting a deck like this is not hard. First get an idea that you can easily research. This one was uncounterable creatures and spells. Use MTG database to get the list of uncounterable cards and put them in a spreadsheet.I got lucky in the search and came up with about 78 or so cards. So all I needed to do was add a list of lands and I'm pretty much done. Next I search through MTG vault for a highly liked 5 color Commander deck and copy the lands into the deck. The deck still needs ramping cards and tuning. I put in the ramp cards (artifacts and ramp spells that every EDH decks should have and I know from memory) and weed out the weak uncounterable cards till I have a 99 card count. The final step was easy. I needed to find a good 5 color Commander for the deck (I decided that Urza, Academy Head Master was the most fun) and the deck is done except for the how to play, label tags and deck description. I probably could of figured out a better land base; but I was feeling a little lazy. In fact, the first set of lands I tried I didn't like so searched up a better set. Total time building the deck about 2 hours (1/2 hour for list of uncounterable spells, 1/2 hour finding land base, about 15 minutes tuning deck, about 15 minutes writing up deck description. Hope that was informative.May you always make your own good luck,Planestalker
Of course the artifacts and Summoning Trap might better if they were counterspells. But I just felt like building a Legacy deck without using spell denial. After all this is a very casual deck :-)
Sure. Honored by the invite.
If you put in Splinter Twin instead of Myr Battlesphere you will be able to make infinite number of hasted myrs by simpily Splinter Twinning Myr Galvanizer with one other mana myr in play to create infinite number of Myr Galzanizers with haste. My first deck in the Vault is based on this idea and like your deck was very low cost and still is relatively speaking. You can check out my Budget Infinite Myr Deck at http://www.mtgvault.com/planestalker/decks/budget-infinite-myr-deck/
Oh also Daze in not that good in this deck because 6 out of its 22 lands are non-island lands.
Thanks for correction. I forgot they changed the legendary rule. Me and MTG go far back and us old timers sometimes forget new rule changes. Still a 2/2 flyer is still a good exchange if it helps keeps my much more dangerous creatures in play by countering what ever threat opponent is trying to cast.
This deck is one of the few decks that can abuse swan song. Who cares if they get a 2/2 bird? With Leyline of Anticipation out. The second time I cast swan song I kill two birds with one counterspell.
Made Legacy version you can find at http://www.mtgvault.com/planestalker/decks/legacy-legendary-control-deck/Made many changes took out black put in white for Enlightened Tutor, Swords to Plowshare and Karakas and many other changes.
Clever use of Leyline of Anticipation. Torpor Orb or Sundial of Infinite might be help in sideboard. I am definitely going to do a Legacy version of this deck.
