I think you might need some lands...

Most of these cards couldn't be reprinted in an upcoming standard set, mainly because they contain mechanics or names that won't make sense in that plane, for example: Hymn to Tourach and Serum Visions wouldn't have made sense in Theros block, and things like Noble Heriarch or Snapcaster Mage with their mechanics woont make any sense in further sets. Although, Lightning Bolt and Damnation could be reprinted, but aside those two, I dont feel like the others will be printed soon.

Why Darksteel Citadel? Exept for that this deck looks awesome, I'd add a reclamation sage mainboard add maybe anothe Life's Legacy

I think you didn't understand how Courser of Kruphix works.
Courser of Kruphix says that you may play lands from your library instead of normally playing them from your hand, it dosen't increase the number of lands you can play each turn only where you can play them from.

I love the idea of this deck, and I have some suggestions to help it out.
From what I've seen, this is is an artifact deck, so the first thing you want to add are of course artifacts that help you, such as:
Thopter Assembly is a nice midrangey card that keeps supplying you with tokens
Etherium Sculptor makes all your artifacts cost less
Salvage titan is also another giant artifact that can start a cycle with your other artifacts
Perilous Myr is an early bloacker that can combo well with Salvage titan
and finally Time Sieve can end the game in your favor plus it combo really well with Thopter Assembly.
If you're going aggro then I have some different tips for you:
Memnite and Ornithopter are great Metalcraft enablers
Bonesplitter is just like Darksteel Axe only more efficient
Signal Pest can pump up all of your attackers
Vault Skirge is a great flier that's also an artifact
Phyrexian Metamorph is great in any deck.

No, you use Retraction Helix on Midnight Guard tapping it and bouncing Ornithopter to your hand and then you cast Ornithopter for zero mana, thus untapping Midnight Guard and then you can repeat this process with Purphoros on the battlefield and kill your opponent immediatly

I'd add a Nykthos, shrine to nyx for more ramp

Personally, I don't think Esper Control will continue after RtR rotates, losing Supreme Verdict and Spinxes Revelation is just too much of a loss. But still a cool deck.
