You don't have any Auras for Soverigns of Lost Alara to fetch. Also, you need way more than 12 lands.

Kor Aeronaut over Stormfront Pegasus/Wild Griffin. It's a 2/2 flyer for 2. Soul Warden works well with Ajani's Pridemate. Journey to Nowhere works better than Pacifism. Idk about Knight of Cliffhaven. It costs too much to manage.
If you can get your hands on some fetch lands, they work pretty well with steppe lynx.
Angel's grace isn't in standard.
what's silvercoat lion doing in there? Knight of the White Orchid is much more useful. Also, I don't see the need for Krasan Squire. Throw in a playset of Elite Vanguards instead. Finally, I personally prefer Leonin Skyhunter over Kor Skyfisher, but that's just me.
hada is in there to boost up kazandu although when hada itself gets boosted up it gets pretty scary.
Steppe Lynx works really well with fetch lands and kor skyfisher. I personally prefer leonin skyhunter over skyfisher, otherwise.
I don't see the need for four Emerias with only fifteen plains (marsh flats don't really count as extra plains). It's pretty hard for my deck with just 1 or 2 Emerias and 20 plains to actually reach the 7 plains quota.
I think you need more lands. I would personally run 22 or a little more in a deck like that. Also, if you can dig out some Arbor Elves then you should replace the Boreal Druids. Green > Colorless.
Spirit Loop > Spirit link > lifelink. Spirit links and Spirit Loops stack whereas lifelink doesn't. Some removal spells might be useful. Oblivion Ring is the first that comes to mind.
I think you need more removal spells. More journeys to nowhere, some oblivion rings, and some paths to exile would be useful.
Can't u run 8 more plains instead of Arid Mesa and Marsh Flats? It would help your Emeria just as much without having to lose life.
The only way you can play Nath of the Gilt-Leaf is through Orochi Leafcaller. However, you only have 3 Orochi Leafcallers while you have 3 Naths. What're the chances of being able to get both in your hand? You need Rancor instead of Savage Hunger. Finally, in my opinion, you might not need so many lands. 25 doesn't hurt, but I would prefer to run 20 because of all the other mana gain you've got out.
It doesn't seem like you're trying too hard to mill the opponents deck. Is the point of the deck to hope to draw Jace and then stall the game for the counters to build up? IMO, besides the milling cards, you could make this into an interesting ally deck.
How do you play Honden of Infinite Rage? I'm so confused! >.<
Ruinous Minotaur doesn't seem to work well with the deck. Destroying lands to do attack with a 5 damage creatures will prevent you from playing the other 5damage creatures you want out on the field. Also, I recommend rancor over lightning bolt. Trample seems to be a necessary accessory to your slightly large creature deck.
