Take out Kor Hookmasters for the Hada Freeblades then. Blinding Mage = Sideboard. I personally prefer Journey to Nowhere over Condemn because it gets rid of blockers as well. Maybe swap Blinding Mage for Journey? It gets the same job done as Blinding Mage in certain cases.

He's running 16 lands with 8 fetch...
Consider sideboarding some control and Brave the Elements. Baneslayer > you, but Armored Ascension > Baneslayer in mono white. :D An Emeria, the Sky Ruin and an Ajani wouldn't hurt either. Ajani + Elspeth is ridiculous. Well, at least it was in my FFA octgn game.
Exile > Protean Hydra. Journey to Nowhere, O Ring, Path to Exile, even Terminate, etc etc. Throw in some lightning graves or whispersilk cloaks. Whispersilks are probably a little better in the deck seeing as you need to get damage through with Protean Hydra anyways. Enormous Baloth is a terrible card. Buy a Baneslayer!!! :D Also, I think you mean 11 Forests and 10 Plains rather than 22 Forests and 10 Plains. Finally, the only white card you have is Pariah. It's your decision, but is it really worth the white mana splash?
I don't see the need to make a "balanced blue deck" if the milling abilities aren't actually really able to win the game. Might as well run Unsummons and Mana Leaks just to be a really annoying blue deck. Also, if you happen to have a spare $100+, throw in some Force of Wills. =)
I hope you misspelled lands as equips.
Replace Nimbus Wings with Armored Ascension. I don't rly think you need Ajani's Mantra with 8x Soul Wardens. Replace the Mantras with Serra's Ascendent. Your only win condition is with Felidar Sovereign and possibly Ajani's Pridemate although removal gets rid of both without a problem. With Serra Ascendent and Armored Ascension, you'll be able to actually win through dmg (maybe). I don't think you need 4x Celestial Mantles. I used to run 4x Loxodon Warhammers in my deck, but I found that whenever I drew more than 1 or 2 Warhammers, I was usually just holding the rest in my hand for the rest of the game. Similar situation here. IMO, Rest for the Weary > Landbind Ritual. Considering the fact that games won't last ridiculously long since you can't block with that many creatures, you won't get that many plains out. Sideboard some creature control.
Needs 2 or so Stoneforge Mystics. Most of your equipment is too reliant on Kor Outfitter. Try a handful of cheaper equipment that work in a combo with Armament Master. Bone Saw / Trusty Machete work to quickly proc up Kor Duelist, Kitesail Apprentice, and Armament Master. Also, with your deck I would replace Kor Skyfisher with Kor Aeronaut. You can't afford to return creatures because you need to attack with them. You can't afford to return lands since without Kor Outfitter, you're rather reliant on mana for equipping. And you can't return equipment since most of them cost too much to re-play.
I sure hope this is some deck you made during sealed / draft. -.- is right. Plummet and Windstorm are sideboard material. Solemn Offering deserves sideboard too. Sacred Nectar can be replaced by Rest for the Weary. Angel's Mercy is pretty terrible.
Sideboard some control like path to exile (works with isochron too), o ring, journey to nowhere. Also, silver knight and white knight would go well in the sideboard too, imo. Errand of Duty is pretty bad. Replace it with another Knight of the White Orchid and Student of Warfare. Knight of Cliffhaven costs too much to level up seeing as your deck isn't based around leveling.
If you have Nissa you might as well change the Elvish Champions for Nissa's Chosen. Can't hurt.
I guess this deck is insta win if the combo gets played out, but what happens if the top twenty cards in your library are lands? GG. Very interesting combo, but you're gonna need more draw cards or something. Preordain is cool.
One or two Talus Paladins to replace one or two of the Ranger of Eos wouldn't hurt. After all, the only one drop you're running is Hada. You don't really need 4x Ranger of Eos in my opinion. I personally find Kabira is my key to victory with my ally deck. It allows me to attack my opponent consistently without needing to worry about being blocked. 4x Kabira is very useful. Honor of the Pure > Glorious Anthem in a deck like this, I would say.
Sideboard Magebane armor for burn decks and whispersilk cloak for control decks. Also Journey to Nowhere, Path to Exile, and Oblivion Ring make for a strong sideboard as well. I don''t really think you need everflowing chalice, but that's just me. Get 2 more Kor Duelists and throw in 2x trusty machetes and 2x bone saws. Kitesail Apprentice is also a pretty strong kor that relies on equipment.
I don't see the need for Archive Trap even though it has a cost of 0. It's not like any of your other cards have any milling abilities.
The deck is much too reliant on Djinn of Wishes. You can't play 10/60 cards without it. You should find another win condition.
Your only win condition seems to be through liliana's caress's discard damage. I suggest you find some better creatures to deal damage with because once your opponent has a hand of 0, you won't be doing much damage.
Your Emeria is never going to trigger. Even with 20plains and 1 Emeria I think I've only used its ability once. You should run some white control.
Sideboard some Vampire Hexmages for those pesky Planeswalkers.
He has two adventuring gears equipped. Whenever a land comes into play the equipped creature will get +4+4. With terramorphic he has two lands come into play. The Kor Duelist becomes 9/9.
