those, I agree with. good tip. Although...those two cards take the deck out of Modern set range....might have to run Diobolic Revelation instead

it would be decent, but I think it just overcomplicates an already complicated combo. Blood Artist works as a kill, and a lifegain, should you need it for some reason. Also, should you need to keep it alive, you can rootborn defenses, and still pull off the win on that turn.
thanks! :)
yup. and it populates, so I can make another wurm for blocking.
thats why Druid's Deliverance is in there
I found a way to turn this infinite elf combo into an immediate win condition:http://www.mtgvault.com/ninjastyle612/decks/token-artist/
if youre going to keep it Mono-Black, Drana is a MUCH better commander, with her built in non-destroy removalalso, a good breakdown of the rules are here:http://mtgcommander.net/rules.php
so..some things missing...lol. who's your commander? you should sideboard the command card so us onlookers can see it more easily
one too many cards in the deck. sometimes that last one is the toughest cut
Duskmantle Prowler and Nefarox are garbage, and Harvester of Souls, Royal Assassin, Sengir Vampire, and Sutured Ghoul dont really fit the deck. you would be better off running 4 of the less expensive exalted creatures, and something unblockable, like tormented soul. also, keep your 20 swamps, but make room for 4 Cathedral of War. an extra exalted trigger on the board cant hurt.Try this:4 Bloodhunter Bat4 Vampire Nighthawk4 Knight of Infamy4 Duty bound dead4 Tormented Soul4 Servent of Nefarox4 Tragic Slip3 Murder3 Geth's Verdict2 Mutilate20 Swamp4 Cathedral of War
Experiment One isnt great here. I would trade it out for SLumbering Dragon. Dragon slows down the opponents board state, and if they get it to 5 counters, gives you a bomb to hit with. if they dont, you can just use it to regen Varols, then scavenge cheap
while White has the best Exile spells, there are options available in blue and green as well. Red/Black admittedly does not have much in the way of Exile, but Dark Imposter, Sever the Bloodline, and Shaku, Endbringer all do it, and there are enough artifacts that cover the gap that its not really a concern. tell me how you deal with Tajic, or Ulamog, or any other indestructible creature. you cant burn them, you cant Dreadbore them. you cant kill them by blocking. you can make me sacrifice them( which is blacks best option) or you can send them to exile. there are so few cards that can get around exile that its obviously the premier form of removal in the format. Hexproof is the only thing safe from it, but thats not even an argument, as Hexproof is safe from everything except sweepers. Moral of the story: Exiled IS much better than destroy. as for black removal: Geth's Verdict, Killing Wave, Black Sun's Zenith, Mutilate, ect. stuff that forces a sacrifice, and stuff that adds -1/-1 counters.
whatever helps you sleep, buddy.
I need to use preeteen girl typing for you to determine sarcasm? You're so cute when you're angry. :) ;) :P ;P loljk klolz better?
The beauty of a public forum is that wether or not you want my comment, you get it. You notice how I phrased my comment nearly exactly as you did yours? It was a joke Sally, no need to get butthurt
Grim Lavamancer, izzet staticcaster, stuffy doll
yes. use your shock lands right. you have plenty of islands forests and plains that nothing should be coming in tapped unless youre keeping bad poening hands or not taking the damage from the shock lands.
you build and post half an EDH deck, but WE are the idiots? good call buddy. @Comit: I disgree with the "destroy over burn" comment. Due to the large card pool available to draw from, there are so many ways around "destroy" effects that the term is almost laughable. "Exile" effects are what you want in a deck for creature removal, and I believe that, for that reason, Card slots are better used on large burn spells that are dual purpose - removing large board threats, or hitting your opponent directly. you cant Dreadbore your opponent, so if im at 1 life and youre holding that vs my Tajic(for example) he just laughs at you, while he swings in for 7+ commander damage, and all the while, geistflame would have saved you.
how sad would you be if after you waste your electrickery you realize that I have Intangible VIrtue on the board? dont be a buzzkill, every deck, every combo has an answer somewhere.
drop the Mimic, hes too expensive. add Druids Deliverance for the fog effect, and Rootborn Defenses to make your creatures indestructible. Oh yeah, both those spells Populate. just sayin....http://www.mtgvault.com/ninjastyle612/decks/biovisionary-turbofog/
