I think 4 mogis is probably to much, 2 should be good. Your never going to want to see more than 2 in a game probally only one ideally. I'd replace them with murderous cuts, I'd also switch one of the covenants for a third.

Why aren't you playing that minotaur that hits for devotion.
While we're on the subject of lands three nykthos seems a little much, most of your creatures only give one devotion so by the time it pays of to use it you will probably only have one or two cards in hand and won't really need it.
Sign in blood or read the bones would probably be a better choice than bitter revelations. They're both cheaper and you won't lose cards that might be relevant.
Your deck is only standard for another 16 hours. Aside from that why not run 4 deviant Gleeson and drop the dark favors, you could throw in the 4 shocks and another 4 of whatever BR land you have lying around for the trample then.
Tormented thoughts seems pretty bad in this deck, I'd replace it with a few more creatures or removal.
What's Tariel supposed to be?
Maybe try generator servant so you can play your guy on turn 3 with haste. If not I'd probably drop him for something better, he dies to almost all the removal.
I'd recommend chromatic lantern over the unicorn. Also maybe some shocks or scry lands, something to ease the mana problem.
Rakdos seems out of place your creatures are already cheap, a master of cruelties or stormbreath dragon feels like a better choice. On that note some burn spells would help as a finisher or removal.
Mass calcify seems out of place, with only 22 lands by the time you hit seven mana your going to be to far behind probally.
Magic spoiler and mythic spoiler have 6 cards spoiled so far.
Where getting tri color lands in the next set so new duals are out.
What dual lands do you have for the colors, or are you willing to buy them? That would give us a starting point for your mana base. If you took out jaces ingenuity you could probably go 22-23 lands. So after looking at the deck a bit why not just drop blue, white has banishing light to replace the detention sphere.
Yes it would. On that note the Hoplite wouldn't be indestructible, the card says prevent all damage.
No stormbreath?
So what does your deck do against any of the other decks that are being used. I understand uw control needs to be dealt with but there are other decks. As for fate unraveler at four mana hes to expensive and they still will have the card draw which is the more important part of the equation. And back to obzedat as someone who played bw midrange for awhile, I can assure you your opponent will be sorry when they let him resolve.
Here's my thoughts. Three rakdos returns seems excessive. Skullcrack feels like a sideboard card. Hushwing seems like it should be in the sideboard over fate unraveler. I guess my last point at the moment is why no obzedat, if your building the deck to beat control he's your best option.
I'd probably play astral cornucopia over the unicorn for the same mana it'll give you the one extra or it can be another zero cost artifact for ensoul. Im also wondering if chandra has any purpose other than the drawing you an extra card, her ultimate only has seven targets and one will only work if you have the artifacts in play already?
I'd probably go with 4 of each. Dropping the goblins and the other two non artifact creatures. That would leave you with 10 spots for a couple stormbreath dragons, a few more artifacts (4 probably) then 4 more spells maybe anger of the gods or mizzium mortar.
