I like fireball - banefire is good, but this is budget.

Kazzong, is it okay with you if I make a U/W blink deck based on this one?

Ah I see ... board wipe, then bring your exiled creatures back into play. Great thinking! This deck will catch everyone off guard, and if you find creatures that can't be hit ...

Congratulations, you have found a good use for Banisher Priest!
I believe white is the best way to access both halfs of this equation.

This is a great idea. Then, bring in a bunch of temporary exile spells and go to town
Master Biomancer anyone? Lol!

Check out the far more affordable Izzet deck, Spellslinger.

I don't know what to say. This deck is simply not focused.

I suggest you drop Polkranos and Mistcutter for Thrummingbird and Lighthouse Chronologist.

Forced adaptation and primal cocoon are better enchantments. In fact, only Solidarity of Heros fits well, so you are much better of including Vorel of the Hull Clade as well. Vigean Hydroplant is nice too.

Agreed. Northern, this is one awesome elf deck for the price.

And if this wasn't budget, Cyclonic Rift would solve all those pesky enemy alternative win condition cards. In fact, it wrecks almost every late game combo. It's not targeted in overload form, so goodbye shroud and hexproof. It doesn't destroy or send cards to the graveyard, so goodbye indestructible and blood artist. In fact, it even hits Planeswalkers.

A beautiful card all around.

True, he is an offensive beast. A 6/6 for 4 mana? Yikes!

I prefer Segnir Vampire.

Uh ... I got a simic deck that may need a few suggestions, especially for putting +1/+1 counters to work.
