Made some changes recently, to try to make it more competitive. Any ideas or suggestions?

I've thought so, but I have the Give//Take that can help with that. The main idea is to target the Renegade Krasis, and keep evolving that guy.
Any ideas/suggestions?
I mean, it can be easily turned into standard by now. Just need to replace the Ascetism and the Prey Upon. Any ideas about the rest of the deck?I am not very fond to the Elusive Krasis as it takes long to grow, but I considered it.
Made some changes, probably staying with this build. Any idea how to improve it?
Man if you are going for the aura thing, specially using white, you MUST include Ethereal Armor. Really makes the difference. I agree with the idea of Heliod, as it has great synergy with the Ethereal and also can be a great fattie. Also consider including Gift of Inmortality, from Theros. One of the weak spots of the auras is the removal, as the creature and all the auras go to waste. Finally try to reduce your mana curve, specially on creatures. There are greater things than the Angel of Serra on Standard (Archangel of Trune? Which can be a killer with the lifelink).I think with a little bit more of extra work the deck might be awesome ^^
Nice. Completely forgot about them! Tks for the idea!
No problem, man. Just my opinion. Other reason why I prefer Thrune is that she has evade (flying), which is also great. But the money issue is an issue by itself jajaj.Nice deck btw!
I would rather use Archangel of Thrune instead of the hydra, because it pumps your creatures and lifelink always helps to keep you ahead in the game. Also interacts better with the Unflinching Courage. On the other hand, you don't rely that much in +1/+1 counters to take the full profit of the Hydra. If you can check my bant deck ^^
Been making some changes recently. Expecting some opinions and ideas ^^
I agree with his/her view. I see to many counterspells a very few other blinking spells besides Venser. Also, Venser is a PW, so he can be killed, the other spell might save you.I have a similar deck running for quite long, check it (this is the second version):http://www.mtgvault.com/kajuata/decks/total-detention-20/
I'll think about it. Thanks again for the comments. I am still processing the suggestions you made before
I understand your point, but taking a look to the cards you suggested I would need more agressive cards to finish the deck. I also though about the Aetherling, but is only 1 mana cheaper. Also remember that I am playing a control deck, so I think I would be able to get to those turns. The lifegain I thought about the Sphinx blabla (XWWU draw X cards, gain X life, instant), but it is a bit expensive by now.
Thanks! In fact those cards were on the original deck (i mean I used more jsuticiars on the original deck). I could make some of them, but the question would be, what would you use as an offensive weapon? What I like about the Angel of serenity is that it is a bomb and a control trick at the same time.
I know the Captain is expensive on CMC, but the Daru Warchief really helps out, and you can play it on turn 5. Specially the Captain + Cathar's Crusade is a game ender. Otherwise, what would you suggest including? Odric?I've thought about removing the Soul Warden, because of the flavor. You mean the Perimeter Captain? The Perimeter Guard sounds good, but I am not convinced that much about the lifegain and the defender. The Warden ends up gaining more life, specially with the great amount of tokens you can put into play.Tks for the comment!
Well done! Haven't you thought about including a Captain of the Watch? It is not very expensive and great Soldier Buffer. I am not very fond to the Falcon as is not a proper soldier, but the problem is that the choices I am thinking are probably over your budget (Champion of the Parrish or Soldier of the Pantheon), but there's got to be something I am missing. Besides that great budget deck! Does it really costed 25 bucks? Because the average price of some cards are really lower than the ones I usually find. Just to check on how real that estimator is.I would appreciate if you could check my Soldier Deck, which I've been playing for some time and it is very solid, but I am always looking ways to improve it: http://www.mtgvault.com/kajuata/decks/soldier-avalanche-20/
I am looking for new opinions to improve the control this deck can handle.
UND, the best format ever!
See comments that I left in your blog ^^http://astraud.blogspot.com.ar/Mainly, try not to use that many single copies. At least, is what I do.Vamo lo hongooooo!
Tks, I'll think about it though. Any ideas of how to improve the deck further?
