OK, Lifelink says damage dealt by this creature causes you to gain that much life right. It doesn't say it has to be combat damage! So basically you make Boros Reckoner Indestructible, make him take damage through combat, then give him lifelink. he can keep doing damage to himself because he's indestructible. When he receives damage he also deals more. Since he has life link you gain unlimited life!

Might I point out that this Combo will be legal throughout M14!

For Those of you who would like to find out how Boros Reckoner can give you INFINITE LIFE, check out Mokrigarn's Boros Legion Deck. It's actually a really easy combo to pull off!

AND DON"T FORGET TO LIKE IT!!!

Aha! that's it. I knew there was an Infinite combo for Boros Reckoner somewhere, but I never thought of lifelink. Nice

You could always stick in a card with transmute to grab Intruder Alarm. The first that comes to mind is Perplex.

Right, but the problem is if Somebody kills Ajani's Chosen on the stack when I play the third Oblivion Ring. However, generally there would be at least one other permanent on the field.

Provided there are no other nonland permanents on the battlefield. You are forced to choose one of the Oblivion Rings which gives you another Oblivion Ring you HAVE to play. It causes an infinite loop.

Aaaand if you get one Detention Sphere and two Oblivion Rings, it works too.

You need Ajani's Chosen and THREE Oblivion Rings. First you play Ajani's Chosen. Next you play an Oblivion Ring on say your opponent's creature. Then you play another Oblivion Ring and exile the first. Last you play a third Oblivion Ring and exile the second Oblivion Ring. When that happens, the first Oblivion Ring comes back on to the field and you choose the third Oblivion Ring to exile. That in turn brings back the second Oblivion Ring. You keep exiling the next Oblivion Ring which gives you another Oblivion Ring. Every time an Oblivion Ring comes back you get a token.

And Don't Forget To Like It!!! :D

Before I answer define what you mean by Infinite.

Ya I've been confused on this because so many people say it just ends in a draw.

I've been doing some research and it appears the loop only causes a draw if there are no other non land permanents. Otherwise you just keep going until you choose another non land permanent. 1,000 cat creatures later ;)

OK, I took out the 2 of the hauntings because of all the tree drops and to keep the deck from getting too slow

Ya I Know. I never liked that rule. I think it's a bit unfair to make the game end in a draw because of it. I mean sure it's a loop, but it's not like there isn't and end. The end comes when I say so. In this situation it could be really beneficial to me and not just to stall a game. Even though it could make the game go on forever, so could just not taking your turn. You could just say I'm not done thinking yet. Let me give you another example. Let's say I have Intruder Alarm and Bloodline Keeper. I can pretty much get the exact same effect.

I just felt like pointing the combo out. Provided you have Ajani's Chosen and three Oblivion Rings, you can still use them to exile permanents and get Cat tokens without doing the infinite combo.

Admittedly I didn't realize you could do this all on your opponent's turn, however I didn't bother looking because of the description.

No no, It clearly states without the first upkeep ever happening in you deck description. That would include your opponent's upkeep. You should change that, it's misleading.

If I'm not mistaken, you play Lotus Petal then Elvish Spirit Guide to get two mana to cast Flash. Cast Flash and play Protean Hulk without paying the additionally needed cost. You sacrifice him and get the other cards needed. The rest is history. No this is not a " turn zero win".
