A control deck wants to survive the early game so it can dominate (also called control) the late game.
That is accomplished by playing creature removal and counterspells.
In the late game, it will crush the opponent with Superior lategame spells/creatures. To make sure that a control deck always have the right answers and finishers, it is necessary to play card draw spells. The late game is defined by a high number of lands, and a control deck needs lands, therefor; a control deck plays 23-26 lands. Period.
So a control deck consist of these elements:

1. counterspells (stack control)
2. removal (board control)
3. card draw (to ensure the board and stack control always are available)
4. Finishers (to actually kill the opponent, when the control player controls the game)
5. lands

winter orb is bad in this type of control, because its a symmetrical LD effect this deck cant handle.

then how are you going to win? And playing unsummon against a combo deck seems strange

3-4 pyroblast
2 thoughtseize (combo, reanimator)
3 shattering spree (swords dec., affinity)
3 perish (zoo, maverick elfs)
2 thormods crypt /dredge and reanimator)

Other good Rb goblin sideboard cards are (as far as I understand): Vexing shusher, cabal therapy, leyline of the void, Stingscourger and as mentioned faerie macabre.
I would come the first time with a standart sideboard and then tweak it after a few times.
I dont think Undying Evil is playable, its not fetchable or drawable. Furthermore its not a creature so its a terrible top deck. But I agree that it certainly has some pretty good interactions with many of the goblins.

red elemetal blast might be a good idea and some sort of artifact destruction (like shattering spree as you have). If the only graveyard deck is reanimator, then I would play a split of thormods and farie macabre. Perish is pretty good against both elfs, zoo and maverick
I like the inclusion of blood moon.
I think the best thing to do, is to play at your local shop maybe once or twice and then make sideboard decisions.
I can post a generic goblin sideboard if you want, tomorrow

I really like the deck. I would maybe play a wurmcoil as a wincon, since the lifelink is really nice at stabelizing.

I would not run 6 swords when you are already playing 4 mystics

I would add some blue fetchlands to shuffle the deck after you have brainstormed

I think its strange to play 4 emeria and only 2 plains. Other than that it seems good. I would play more spot removal though.

well thats right. How about Flames of the Blood Hand or searing blaze then (maybe not so good without fetches)

I think it looks good. I would defiantly make room for more one drop cyclers. Maybe also more landcyclers (especially the R/G one). I would put the Fulminator Mage's in the sideboard

it looks like a pretty good start. I would personally play a 2/2 split between gl and incinerate or splash for black
