you can also add my stamp of approval :) some people really do just 'get it', so count yourself as lucky :)

i have not seen this one yet, i can not wait :D
they are amusing, and this deck is the most polar opposite to my norm. if i were, as all players 'technically' are, a planeswalker, i would be garruk, or someone just like him :) i love green, it is my specialty :) so this one is weird because it does not use green, and it uses blue. it is my only deck that uses blue without green. it is also my only deck of two that uses blue :P
that is probably one of the best compliments i've gotten in a very long time, thank you. :D the deck is very good, and i hope for both our sakes that wizards makes a better replacement for skullclamp than infiltration lens :| really though, thank you for the compliment :)
it is very aggressively made, which i like. :)
hmm good point.
uhhhhhh i forgot them? :P
there WAS a better card. skullclamp was that card. but for some stupid reason wotc thought it was too strong and banned it. if you want to get an idea of how the deck used to run, replace infiltration lens with skullclamp in your head every time you see it in the sample hand. thankfully almost everyone in our shop agrees that banning skullclamp was pretty dumb, and instead dis-allow the decks that abused it to the point of banning. when a new player at the shop wants to try out the 'seven decks' as surewhynot talked about, i will use infiltration lens unless they are ok with me using skullclamp. i suppose i could edit the deck to have skullclamp in the mainboard and infiltration lens in the sideboard.
you can't have my trollface sleeves :p
that new card creeping corrosion works pretty well against the newer tezz decks, do you think it would give you trouble with this deck? it's 4 mana, but green can get to that very fast. :|
wow 42 'likes' cool. how many do i need to get my deck on the top list? :)
i just noticed that you screwed up the sideboard. arty does not have or use 2 libraries. and you claim you have our decks memorized! you're slipping man! :P
:D hooray for wumpuses!
bant was sort of what i had in mind in a way so that's good to know. i doubt arty would take offense to it really. knowing him, he'd be happy to know someone thinks they can beat him :| i know where you are coming from. i often think 'hey, i can beat him.' and then pow, i lose. buuuuut, we don't get many reanimators to the shop, and certainly world gorger/animate dead is a rarity to say the least. undoubtedly it would be a lot of fun to see how the match played out. more interesting than the typical game which becomes a 10 year torture fest :| i know my stompy has to work harder against reanimator. some designs can put out enough speed to push back on the offensive, which is unexpected to say the least.
the worst thing is, artemis is unbelievably good at PLAYING magic. he is obviously great at designing decks (actually he is comically bad at making anything that isn't some kind of control) since he made this nasty thing, but he can out play anyone he faces. he has defeated ANT and other types of storm and/or combo simply because he is so tactical and smart at playing. sorry bro, but your friend's uncle's deck, if it won, would be the very first ever to do so. good old arty is like exactly what i imagine a planeswalker who specializes in prison/control would be like. on a lighter note (sorry if that whole thing was a downer :|) i assume by 'probe' you mean gitaxian probe? how does that card work? i have been considering its uses for specific aggro deck designs, and would like a fresh opinion on it.
nah. it still does not work that way. it isn't so much the lands that limit the ability to splash, but the strict card base needed to run the deck as cleanly as it can. IF i had taiga or something like it i still would lose that essential efficiency if i added in kurd ape or something like that. scythe tiger is actually a big disappointment for me. shroud really makes it unusable because i can not pump it at all. if it had troll shroud, then yes, i would use it without thinking twice.
i don't think you have anywhere near enough creatures to be practical. having buffs is good but you don't need that many.
who's got two thumbs and came in first at the unplugged tournament? http://rlv.zcache.com/this_guy_card-p137245109571771197q0yk_400.jpg
man do i hate this deck. even when i'm not the one playing against it it just takes forever to finally win. :|
oh, i did not see it there. :) for orb of dreams i think you could afford to have 3 chalices and 3 monoliths without any complications, but that is just me. control is not my thing, so i'm unsure i'm the best to take advice from for this, but that is what i'd do.
