You're using both Voyaging Satyr and Arbor Elf, so I strongly suggest Utopia Sprawl.Garruk Wildspeaker would be worthwhile consideration too.

Ah, Soulbond. I remember running a Selesnya deck back when Soulbond was Standard. My deck only ran 7 Soulbond creatures (3 Wolfir Silverheart and 4 Silverblade Paladin), so I'm not sure it'd count as a Soulbond deck. I also used Cloudshift and Restoration Angel both to rebond the Soulbond creatures and reset Strangleroot Geist to trigger Undying again. I think that might be a little complicated for your intermediate teaching deck idea, but thanks for reminding me of a fun deck I used to play.
Cascading Cataracts might be worth considering as a reusable source of turning mana into {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}.
Ya, made me sad too, but is also why I included Predator Dragons. And getting 1 more storm trigger isn't that difficult.
You're already in blue, so Etherium Sculptor is a must. Stoic Rebuttal is also worth considering as one of your counter spell options. White might be worth considering. Path replaces Bolt and Refurbish replaces Trash for Treasure. White also opens you up to cards like Ethersworn Canonist and Tempered Steel.Spire of Industry is easy to get hold of (it's a 4x in the vehicle premade deck) and will help greatly with mana fixing. Another relatively cheap land option is Shivan Reef / Adarkar Wastes.
Would be cool to see a few copies of The Antiquities War worked in here. I & II dig for artifacts and III animates them all into 5/5's for the turn. All within what this deck is trying to do.
Kicker is a powerful, yet mana hungry effect. As such, I think 4x Llanowar Elves and 4x Elfhame Druid is a must. You want than mana asap. With only 3 goblins in the deck, Goblin Barrage isn't looking that good. You also don't want to sacrifice Powerstone Shard as it's one of your big mana acceleration cards. Some combination of Shock, Abrade, Lightning Strike, and Magma Spray (with others in sideboard for more match specific cases) would be better in this slot. Being cheaper to cast also helps keep the opponent low on creatures while you're ramping.
Two words: Sprout Swarm
Woodland Cemetery is a land you may want.
Sorry, but I have a habbit of looking for ways to make things Modern legal, especially when it's only 1 card preventing that. Heartstone can be replaced by Training Grounds to become Modern legal. This would require a change in the lands to include a lot of WU duals, but doing so also opens up U for sideboard options. To make it work, I'd go with this land base:3 Hallowed Fountain1 Prairie Stream4 Flooded Strand1 Island2 Emeria, the Sky Ruin2 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx9 PlainsThat's 13 Plains for Emeria (65% of the lands), and 4 fetches to increase the chance of U (40% chance of a land making blue) for Training Grounds. Only 1 Island for Ghost Quarter / Path to Exile shenanigans. You're more focussed on the level up stuff, so these %'s are within acceptable limits.
My club cycles the formats we play. This week we tested out Brawl, so no Pauper LD for me. So far, Brawl has been fun.Seton's Desire, or any "Lure" style effect on it would be awesome. There's a surprisingly low number of them in Pauper that can be granted to specific creatures (in green at least). Shinen of Life's Roar is a nice once off. But again, each trick added comes at a cost. of all the cards, Ulamog's Crusher is the most likely to be replaced (because of its cmc), if anything at all, but it's just so good when you do get it out early.
I'm actually thinking of replacing Llanowar Elves with Wild Growth. It's a safer option vs kill spells. It also combo's with Arbor Elf like Utopia Sprawl does, even if only for {G}.
Thermokarst is a common im Masters Edition IIhttp://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=184676The problem with adding pump spells is you end up thinning other important card slots.
The new Dominaria {W}{W}{W} creature that gives +1/+1 to all your creatures could be a good addition.
Because the copies are not cast, Pyromatics will only trigger Firebrand Archer / Thermo-Alchemist once, regardless of how many times you pay for its Replicate. So amd X damage spell woyld be better.
Thornbite Staff om a Marrow-Gnawer = infinite Rat tokens.
Except that Soulshift only returns Spirits
I know the pseudo card draw of Bomat Courier is a strong effect, but not being able to crew 5/7 of your vehicles has me a little concerned about it's mid / late game viability. I don't know what your LGS meta is like, but with all these large and / or indestructible creatues running around the format, I've found Skysovereign, Consul Flagship's 3 non-face damage effect lacking. So much that I now run Glorybringer in it's slot.
Your reasoning isn't wrong. I actually played the Emissary back when it was standard legal in a 4 colour reanimator deck. My personal experiences left me wanting a sac on demand a lot of the time (often 1 mana short), but I also needed that blocker (there was some aggressive decks at the time). If you prefer it this way, that is your choice and I do understand that choice.
Normally, with copy spell effects, you'd be rite. But Isochron Scepteris special as it lets you actually cast the copy instead of putting the copies directly onto the stack like most copy effects.
