Bloodfell Caves, Scoured Barrens, and Wind-Scarred Crag are commons too, never hurts to have a couple just for mana fixing.

Jitte is exactly what I was thinking about. So powerful they banned it quick.

Dryad Arbor will help both mana and delve.

Petalmane Baku could help the mana fixing as well.

If your not adding the expensive dual color lands, adding a few of the tri-color lands from Khans would help alot as well.

I know Wirewood Savage isn't a beast, but he helps on the draw factor.

I think you have alot of creatures relying on being equiped and only 7 equipment. Also with so many 4 and 6 mana cost creatures I'd atleast have 22 land.

Striking Sliver is main deck and cheaper.

Curse of the Swine fits. You can either buff your elementals or turn all their fatties into stuff more manageable kills. So with anger of the gods and battlefield thaumaturge you have a board wipe.

Aether vial also fixes the mana issues, which is why I suggested it above.

Aether Vial would fit perfect.

Grisley salvage and Commune with the Gods both fit here nicely.

Veinfire border post could work with vivid lands.

Door of destinies or one of the other Artifacts like it may fit.
Warden of evos island may help if you don't mind going outside tribal and stay fliers.
Inundate is my favorite board wipe for blue since this is control.
