Nice, didn't pick up on this, pretty cool.

If you're willing to splash some blue in there could be an idea, take a look at mine and see if that gives you any ideas. Otherwise nice deck.http://www.mtgvault.com/bennyboy777/decks/esper-standard-spirit-control/
Lol I hate when that happens, even worse when people go "you should use this card" and you're thinking "well I would if I had it..."
If you're running Orzhov where's Blind Obedience? Unless it doesn't fit your play style of course, otherwise nice deck.
Sideboard increasing confusion and put in mind grind, better and technically cheaper to mill.To help with your mana ramp consider Realwright and Crypt ghast, with all lands being a swamp and giving you 2 mana every time you tap them, you can't go wrong. Also consider a splash of green if you want, abor elves and verdant haven means that you will be able to mind grind through 10 lands on turn 4 in the best case scenario. Take a look at my deck for ideas, it's about milling as fast as possible.http://www.mtgvault.com/bennyboy777/decks/ubg-ramp-opinions-welcome/
Glaring spotlights are a sideboard option. Unless where you play you know a lot of the people you play against are heavy on the hex proof creatures
I love how everyone is undervaluing the Gruul charm... Sure it's second ability is very situational, say against, Olivia Voldaren, but it's second ability easily wipes a spirit deck (which they seem to like at my local) and can severely hurt angels, especially if you can get 2 off in one turn. But it's value (to me) lies in it's first ability, creatures without flying can't block. Great against the heavy human themes being seen around the battlefield, good against Boros, Simic, and Dimir won't get long enough to mill you effectively before getting slaughtered by creatures that can't be blocked...
Basic lands aren't, so I can see where he can get confused. Also if you're going to go through all that hard work of shock lands why not have dual lands? Dragonskull summit, clifftop retreat, isolated chapel?
Have a look at my gruul deck for ideas, I try to win by turn 4 by doing the same, except with rakdos cackler. Cackler, madcap skills, swing for 5, next turn bloodrush zhur-taa swine, swing for 10, burn spells. And my sideboard is full of even faster creatures http://www.mtgvault.com/bennyboy777/decks/grull-fast-aggro-win/
Too many shock lands, can only have 4 of each, otherwise it's ok...
Not bad, nice deck. But how do you plan to sole the issue of o-rings, detention spheres or removal spells? A devestation tide or supreme verdict would ruin any chance of a win con right? And no Bloodrush for surprise attacks? I still like it, don't get me wrong, just thought you might like to sideboard some counters for those problem spells and enchantments. Here's mine for some ideas http://www.mtgvault.com/bennyboy777/decks/grull-fast-aggro-win/
Just delete them then... aepolk is right, at least one olivia in place of aristocrat would do well... even if you just sideboard her...
Nice focused deck, not much help needed here, maybe just sideboard some burn spells (searing spear, annihilating fire) and dreadbore, and replace some basic lands with dragonskull summit too if you can get it.
Yeah there is nothing saying it is illegal whatsoever
YYYYYEEEAAAARRHHH!But seriously I LOVE Orzhov. The new extort mechanic is so devious and fun and annoying, because there is no way to stop it beyond countering spells, and you can't counter everything!
I did think of it, and I love the idea because I love Orzhov and Extort.. SO TAHT'S WHY IM LIKING THIS DECK!
Yeah then you keep your mill theme
If you can get Gravecrawler, it would go great with Undercity informer :) sacrifice, cast from graveyard, sacrifice, cast from graveyard all for only 4 mana :)
It might not be worth pursuing for you, but maybe they want to try it out and see how it goes... no harm in making a deck and testing it out...
Yeah you have got to go with what you like and have fun playing, see too many people playing decks because they win more often than one they could have fun playing. Just be care ful with your land, farseek finds any land type except forests. Some overgrown tombs would open up your mana chance for you, and it has to come out tapped from farseek anyway.. you'll find you will have problems with other decks that focus on removing creatures. Just have to keep em on the defensive, but with all those creatures I think you might be alright :-)
