As long as you were fighting against someone else who was also obeying the peasant rule....I think you would mop up pretty effectively. +18 Points

Oh, and please...Get rid of all the High Priced lands. They just needlessly inflate the value of your deck.

For starters, Merrow Harbinger works great, It allows you to search for a Merfolk.
Next, Wanderwine Prophets, if you sneak it through, will let you sac a Merfolk and take an extra turn.
Finally, Talrand, Sky Summoner will net you 2/2 flying Drakes every time you play one of your instants or Sorcs.

Take a look at my Legacy Merfolks, if you want to get some ideas. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=375882

Very simple...Find me 5 Legacy decks worth a crap that are cheaper than this one. Go ahead, really try to look for them. While you are looking at the disturbing prices of them....Then you will realize how Budget this really is. Legacy has a tendency to be sickeningly expensive. Cases in Point:

Not all Legacy decks are really expensive...but to find one that works really well thats under 200 bucks is not an every day find.

I would advise you to drop in Blighted Agent. Not only is it Unblockable, but it also has Infect, So that makes it even more deadly. I use it in my Artifact deck. Toss a Cranial Plating on him and its always a one hit kill when i use him.

http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=288022 <-- He goes great in here.

I like it...It seems like on a good draw you could keep them from playing much of anything with that many Discards. Good Job.

Honestly, if it werent for that one tiny little 4card rule...This would absolutely be a massacre. I love it anyway.

Exactly. And since it all happens instantly, there is no way to counter it once you tap it. The drawbacks to it are mainly in multiplayer. If there is more than one person you are against, you have to use a new stuffy doll, or make the one you have out leave the game and come back in, but in that case you would have to put another Guilty Conscience on it.

Im big on One Hit Kills. Theres also Heartless Hedetsugo + Overblaze, and Painter's Servant + Grind Stone.

Now what would be great is for us to be able to Test these out against eachother somehow. :)

Awesome! Its like my deck "Guilty Pleasures", except that you force them to kill themselves. Mine is built for Quick killing, Yours seems to be built to Humiliate your opponent by either making them kill themselves, or outlasting them.

Good Job.

Get rid of THAT card...Yeah that one right there....If i Never play "The Scalpelexis Game" again, ill be much happier in life. I've seen this particular deck cause Never-Ending Chaos at our tables...As much as i hate being on the business end of it, Its a great deck!

Ok, Got a Ruling on it to satisfy myself. When the Ability of Griffin Canyon resolves, it only looks for a Griffin, So yes, This will work fine, and Yes, I am a nitpicking bastard...Sorry about that :)

Great Lockdown with the Maralen - Shadow Of Doubt thing....i love it.
Reminds me of: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=280461 <-- Mea Mentis (aka Honey Badger) that makes people Rage Quit WAY more than it actually wins. It uses Scepter and Arcane Laboratory for Lockdown.
And: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=287950 <--- Master Lock. Using Erayo, Soratami Ascendant, Gigadrowse to flip it, and Arcane Laboratory to totally shut everyone down. Permanently.

It would be interesting to see yours against mine...Mine locks things up a bit better i think, but you have more options than i do by far. Great Job :)
