Very nice deck, good concept. You may also consider Barrage Ogre and Kuldotha Phoenix to the deck list,
they are very nice reusable sac engines that are late game attackers, just in case you need them.

Key combo for other artifacts: Prototype Portal + Voltaic Key: Play a new key for 2 mana. This is repeatable.

You don't have enough deck fixing and control. You have enough burn in the deck to kill your opponent. I built a similar one here: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=96025

You need more buffs for your creatures. May I suggest that you focus on fewer creatures with infect, and instead focus on speed? For example, you can overly buff your putrefax so that it can get a bunch of poison counters on at once.

Basically, less infect, more manaramp.

Psychic Battle would do wonders for this deck. It turns your opponent's spells against them as long as you have the highest card on top of your library

but what do my sorceries and instants do for me? they're bounces and counters, mostly, so rebounding them wouldn't be that effective.

MY FISTS THEY ARE MADE OF STEEL!!!!!

but seriously nice deck. Although for a tri-color deck, you have too many cards that are heavy on one color, so you might want to slim it down to 2 colors.

Cost shouldn't be a problem in a control deck. That's why it's a two-of. besides, it just adds that much more force behind my counters. I see where you're coming from with the cost, but I really want a win condition other than my creature force. Mill is just too slow and isn't supported enough by the deck. I put enough mill in the sideboard if it ever comes to that.

yawgmoth's will is in there twice. Also, try the "pit" demons (lord of the pit, liege of the pit, xathrid demon, etc. )

also try bridge from below and tombstalker for easy creatures. and recurring nightmare is a REALLY fun card to use.

You're playing auras but not running Kitsune Mystic/Autumn-Tail? That's going to be your enabler and win condition.

The funny thing about having 1 color of mana is that you don't need fetchlands, just more mountains.

Try adding cards that deal with life gain (serra ascendant would fit the theme best). Also, add some condemn and rest for the weary. It will really help if you're on a budget.

I made a mono-blue version of this, with black and white sideboards. I remember playing games where I would win the first round, and then the other guys say "OK, thsn I'll just side in an Eldrazi. You need Leyline of the Void.

After playtesting this deck multiple times, by the time I even get to play the card, I'm usually under heavy fire from opposing creatures, and tapping out would simply be too slow. Maybe in a casual game, but not in my circles.

At least put in a serra ascendant or two. Those guys are devastating.

needs more sleep. A lot of decks I've seen can tear down a wall surprisingly fast or at least get around it
