Necrogen Mists is an easy to acquire passive discard source. Might be a good sideboard card if naught else, I actually run it over Liliana of the Veil in my discard deck because it can't get bolted. :)

Perhaps MB it and SB the Edicts for better match-ups against Midranged/Control?

I actually didn't, and it is quite interesting... in the name of speeding up the deck, my highest drop would become a 4 drop 4/4 flyer with sweet abilities. Things like grinning demon would become two-drop 5/5's. That's quite powerful. I'll definitely consider it, but I'm having trouble parting with any of these cards, their quite synergistic as it stands.

Demons. Demons everywhere.

First turn Master of Feasts/Bloodgift Demon would be devastating. Ridiculously powerful removal package in the form of two-drop sac effects. All for 53 dollars.

Huh, I never thought of Ratchet as an answer for Leyline, I actually really like that idea. The current build is a bit more involved with its sideboard, I forgot to update it here, but I'm sure at my next tourney I'll make some observations as to how to implement them, I like it. Thanks!

I'd actually pull Serrated Arrows for it, Griptide just has more synergy with the rest of the deck (besides Mishra...) and can act as a saving grace against creature-based threats if Booby Trap is taking too long. But again, I can see their usability, it's your call.

I like it. Might I suggest Griptide as another cheap Time Ebb, but at instant speed?

If ever there was a deck that had no politics, this is it, haha. Sacrifice, blow up everything, rinse, repeat. I absolutely love it, haha. Off the top of my head the only things I'd really suggest for you are Gravecrawler for those few scenarios you can get recursion on him off of Corpse Connoisseur or one of your other random zombies so you can trigger the likes of Skullclamp a few times, and fetchlands to patch up 5 color's shakey mana base. Regardless, bravo, I like it.

Haha, sorry, I know the feels. I was building Nekusar EDH and I realized I traded my Time Twister away for some Mind Sculptors for a legacy Miracles deck I felt like building. Didn't realize I would miss it that much considering I would never ever ever ever ever consider playing it normally, haha. Forked over a good chunk of a paycheck for a new one. Big budget decks suck out your soul, stick with the fun stuff. :P

Imperial seal is my jam, yo. Everyone tries to counter it when I cast it in EDH just so they can say they countered something valued at their deck price. :P
But yeah, I second these changes, you'd be like one of the hundred Vintage Paper Magic players left on the planet, haha. And a BUDGET one, the greatest kind. (Yes, I made a hyperbole, but how often do you play Vintage Paper anyway?)

Oh, 8-Rack, my love, it's been too long. I looooove this style of deck, it's actually very similar to my modern deck (list is on this site, check out my "8-Rack Proactive Build"). Regardless, this is for your deck, so I shall assist in any way I can.

First off, might I suggest The Rack. It's a more consistent, albeit less powerful at times Shrieking Affliction, very lovely card. Amazing synergy with the deck, the reason the archetype is called "8-Rack" is because you get to run 4x Shrieking Affliction and 4x The Rack. I would be bold as to suggest limiting your mainboard Hero's Downfalls and Smallpoxs for them, simply because if your resorting to removal against decks like Splinter Twin or Melira Pod, you've already lost, haha.

Secondly, might I be as bold as suggesting the removal of the Obliterators? I'm a fan, but a four drop can be a problem in a deck where you want to get to top deck to trigger Ensnaring Bridge. Good replacements would be Mind Wrenches/Raven's Crime, which in modern are pretty much Mind Rots and weak Thoughtseizes respectively. Mind Wrench in particular is deadly efficient.

And finally, for your sideboard, might I suggest Surgical Extraction, which is a free Extripiate at times and pretty much deals with storm nicely because you can tap out for it. Plus, you can turn one Inquisition, see more than one of a card in their hand, choose it, and follow up with a surgical to eliminate their playset. It's lovely.

That's all I got for you, hope my ideas are helpful. Have fun with this deck, your opponents won't. :P

Might I suggest Springjack Pasture? I know, 4 for a 0/1 White goat seems odd, but when you can dump your mana into it, it pays off... plus it's a second Kobold Keep, which is nice. Not to mention Prossh gets to nom nom nom on friggn' goats, lol. I just love that land. :P

Oh, and Grave Titan is also a damn nice way to set up fodder. He's a bit pricey per unit, but <$15, so... yeah.

All interesting suggestions, but usually I just Molten Phsyche after Wheeling once when I win, never last point, but the last 27. Still, you have a point. I like Gratuitous Violence, I'll think about it, and Nin seems pretty good here. Phyrexian Tyranny has always been a favorite of mine and it will probably end up in here for testing at some point (I'm now running Dream Halls, I think it would help with that). As for the rest, I like them, and see their versatility... But they feel sorta clunky. I want to spam wheels and mana ramp and draw, and while blue sun and keranos do do that, I feel as though they aren't fast enough for a slot. I'll test them, of course, but it feels odd to me. Thanks for the input!

Might I suggest the beauty that is Craterhoof Behemoth? I'm not a green player, at all, I dislike it... But I know a GG card when I see one. Your deck could definitely use a "panic button" card that just sort of... Ends everything. With 5 1/1's on the table, and Omanath at 2 floating, and a newly summoned Craterhoof, you're opponents are looking down the barrel of a 52 damage trampling cannon... Just some food for thought.

Just a suggestion, you might want to try Rain in Gore for Oloro players... It's on my "sideboard" for when I see them, it's so funny to watch them scramble for an answer, lol.

Oh, oh! Disciple of Bolas is damn fun in this format, might not seem like it, but that card draw power can be... overwhelming.

Some delicious cards for your thoughts to consider are The Whip of Erebos, Magus of the Coffers, Pestilence Demon, Caged Sun, Phyrexian Arena, Sheoldred the Whispering One, Rise of the Dark Realms, and Bloodgift Demon, to name a few of my favorites. Black is my favorite color individually, and I play a LOT of it. If my suggestions seem prudent, check out my Erebos EDH deck, it's full of goodies to look at... Your deck is cool, enjoy it.
