It's ... beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. I honestly have no constructive criticism because of the mastery of it.

I'd add Tormented Souls and Stolen Identities. The Tormented Souls are unblockable, giving too much love to that Cipher, and the Stolen Identities let you repeatedly clone those Consuming Aberrations. That's my two cents.
