Sounds like a plan. Try thinking of a drop like Wingcrafter that might be more efficient for what you need. I can't think of anything right now, but I feel like I'm just not seeing something. I hope I helped your thought process.

Well, pretty standard builds of this kind of deck really enjoy the likes of searing spear/'Turn // Burn' and divination, both benefit greatly from an Electromancer prancing about. Who doesn't like lightning-bolt and a reduced strength ancestral recall?
A good evasion, while a bit more expensive than artful dodge, it teleportal, which adds two damage on it's own when played with Armed and Dangerous. It may be a bit more expensive than dodge, but it can also be overloaded if two or more of your creatures are looking for blood. It may not be another body to use, but it is another bit of evasion should you truly be more focused on that. Teleportal is a pump spell in its own regard, let's not forget.
True enough, but then he could run more powerful removal, which you commented he's in need of :P
I feel like Wingcrafter isn't that necessary. He's cool, I understand, and flying doesn't come often to a Nivix Cyclops, but do you really need it? I just wouldn't run it, but if it works for you, cool. That's pretty much my only criticism, I'm liking all of these R/U/G-ish decks popping out lately.
Goblin Electromancer, to name a popular one.
I feel like Feeling of Dread would be more reliable in the form of Downpour or even Gridlock. Just having it for Looting fodder seems kind of... risky. While that is the chaos theme (risky), it just doesn't fly well. Your call, of course. Just my two cents.
Any time, man. It looks like a fun deck to mess with.
Alpha Status feels kind of odd in this deck, as you seemingly don't have a dominant creature type (4 snakes, 2 fungi, 2 bears, 2 wolverine?) . Mostly elves, but not to the point where there are noticeably, like, a million. Your best bet is your Garruk, who can generate beasts, which are tough, but not so reliable. So I'd argue for Rancor, which is even cheaper (mana-wise), more reliable, and trample hurts, even on these small guys. It even survives creature wipes. Just my two cents.
In the future, I would advise more Masters of Etherium. They make artifact decks reaaaally viable. It just sucks that that new Hellkite Tyrant exists.
If you're looking for idiots to make huge, try running four Deadly Recluses, they block your flying weaknesses, have deathtouch, and are the same price as BTE. However, the Pilgrims may need a more well thought out replacement. Perhaps 2 Increasing Savageries so that you can permanently buff your Beastmasters, and 2 Scorned Villagers to assist in your mana ramp shenanigans.
It looks like mill with some goblins. Maybe by replacing this pseudo-goblin tribal with damage could do well, but than it's just Grixis mill. The Electromancers are a good touch to work with the Mind Grinds, although Breaking//Entering would suit this sort of deck over a mind sculpt. Those are my thoughts.
This is the first and last time I will ever suggest this card, but what about a Rummaging Goblin? It will accelerate your draw rate, power up psychic spiral and make you win faster, all for three mana and a few taps.
Tidings > Jace's Ingenuity in my opinion, instant speed does not make up for that last card. However, it's odd that you will have this with no counters, that's pretty Jace-ish. I'd run maybe one less of each Planeswalker and lose Lilliana's Shade for maybe some Psychic Strikes, to help accelerate mill.
No problem.
Er... you have 9 Simic Guildgates and 1 Forest. That being said, an Intet into a Colossus would be completely devastating.
I have a thought. A semi-human pseudo-morbid deck designed to inflict damage by killing things. Blood Artists, Disciple of Griselbrand, Desecration Demons, Vexing Devils, Doomed Travelers, Falkenrath Torturers, maybe Aristocrats, and the like. This deck has that kind of look, but Carnage Gladiator kind of throws it off, as do the noble, the arrester, and the guildmage. Remove the life gain, and instead replace it with things that kill, and things that benefits from deaths. There's also this human guy that lets you sack humans to kill things, I forget his name, but he'd do well. Consider that as an idea.
Remove the Farseeks and add two Voices of Resurgence. If your going for aggro, farseeks are a bit slow. The voices will allow you an overpowered field presence and counters, well, counters. If you can't afford them, Wayfaring temples would work in their stead. You deck will operate a bit faster. The key to the Protour win was it's ability to storm the field and then control it with 5/5 wurms and Voices. And a random Civic Sabre that worked very well. The Gyre Sage would probably look better as a Dyrad Militant, killing Junk Rites decks while being a 2/1 one-drop. It would allow for better early damage. On that note, I am a huge Esper fan, and am sad that it lost. I had money on that game.
I wouldn't run a Maze Glider in this deck, try that Opal Lake Gatekeeper card. It will help you gain gates off the draw, which shouldn't be hard with all the gates you have. Plus, it's another target for a cloudshift, the benefits are great.
I like it more, play it and tell me how it goes.
