I think he was saying that transmute ability can't be countered, as opposed to say, another search like fabricate

+1 dude. You have some wicked decks. Haven't seen your stuff since the 2-mana challenge, but this is an insane 2-budget control/bounce deck. Question though. Do you pay the buyback cost on capsize? I like capsize, except for the fact that it's a 3-mana boomerang. Oh yeah, 1 more question. Are you only bouncing lands? Because wouldn't disperse help with non-lands (only 2drop)?
Nice deck (already liked/commented on it). Dual colors for agro decks make me nervous, but yeah. Solid!
Nice infect deck (responding to your post on my infect deck). What do you think about replacing your Fog with Terrifying Presence for your creature?
Do you mean from burn? When I said removal, I was thinking doom blades and stuff. But yeah, you are right. with wild defiance, the creatures will be safe from bolts and shock. Thanks!
Nice deck man. Then again, I saw you have like 100 decks. It'll take me a while to go through them all. ;-)At least a +1 for this one.
Sound advice. I just love Invigorate since it's a free spell hehehe. Sideboarding giant growth....thanks!
So what do you guys think? Any comments or suggestions would be welcome! Thanks and good luck!
Oh yes, good point!
Another good catch! You're full of em! Does damage, slows them down, can rescue my guys, drops the mana curve. =)
Oh yes, good catch. I forgot that the opponent is the controller, but I'm still the owner. Well, the boomerangs can still bounce their creatures back....or their lands, so to slow them down 1 turn on the Illusion's cumulative upkeeps heheh.
I understand now. Thanks! I'm not anti=jund, but it would help to understand the mechanics of breaking it down. Too bad I can't give you another +1 heheh.
Looks like a very solid deck. +1, but, as I'm trying to figure out ways to go anti-jund, do you think you could give me a crash course on how your deck breaks jund? Thanks!
Yeah, I put that in the description ;-) You can take them out for 1 ponder (restricted in legacy - you only get 1) + 3 preordain (or 4 if you don't want the ponder). Cards are in the sideboard. Ponder/Preordain do the same thing. Search for cards. I just like Frantic Search since it's a "free" card since you can untap your lands (but you still have to discard 2 cards so you don't actually get +1 card advantage...).
Two good catches! Thanks! Yeah, I was on the fence if I should add in another Doom Blade, but I figured you can always sideboard Doom Blades, Victim of Nights, and Go for the Throats hehehe.
You got it! Just in case he plays some refuge lands to gain 1 life, vapor snag always pings him back down.
Heheh. Thanks for the post! With Illusions, when you play it, you gain 20 life. After you donate it, your opponent becomes the controller, so all of the effects now hit him. In essence, he never gained 20 life (the card says: when Illusions comes into play, gain 20 life). Since he never had control of it when it came into play, he doesn't get the 20 life. Same goes for Steel Golem. You cannot play creatures until you donate it to him. After that, you get to play creatures (not that you need any heheheh).
Nice deck! Mix of a lot of good stuff. Burn spells, free creatures, card/combo disruption of your opponent. +1!
Oh, the chanceries are there for extra mana since the optimum number is 5 mana. Once you have 4 mana (and 1 in your hand), you can play illusions (but don't have enough mana to donate it yet). Once it rolls around to your turn again, untap the 4 mana, tap 2 for the upkeep, play a land (3 open now), and donate it. Now on his turn, he'll have to immediately pay 4 mana (as opposed to getting it donated immediately and only having to pay 2 mana initially).
