4 3/3 for 2, 4 4/4 for 3, 7 5/5 for 4. 4 Mana accelerators. Experiment one. The mana is a tad stretched, but this deck is explosive and unfair.
Seems pretty tight. I would prefer Underworld Cerberus to Rakdos, Lord of Riots. Cerberus is totally unfair against a control deck, and gives you an easy way to win post supreme verdict.
Really? That's awesome. I bet people had no idea what they were doing against your deck! What were the other decks that people were playing?
Nice dude! What were the other decks like? I'm sure people were like "what is this deck doing??"
Yeah, I think Magma Jet may be better. I'll give it a try. I usually prefer Hybridizing my own creatures in response to removal or a bad block, and use it as removal only against something like blood baron.
Oh wow, voidwalk seems pretty good actually.
Yeah, that makes sense. Got it. Is the guildmage to make sure the elementals enter as 2/2 ? If you can do that reliably, maybe add Faerie Impostor to bounce and recast Master?
Hey Shinigami, Experiment One would be perfect for the build. I also like domestication as a sideboard option against Boros Reckoner and the like. Cool deck. Could use feedback on my deck "RDW Impostor."
Aetherize is cool, but I think Cyclonic Rift might be better. Not sure though. I've always liked Aetherize. This looks really fun to play.Leave feedback on my new take on RDW if you can: http://www.mtgvault.com/thelogician/decks/rdw-impostor/
Pretty sweet. Is quicken just a cantrip to thin the deck? I could use feedback on my standard deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/thelogician/decks/rdw-impostor/
Every deck needs some removal. Rapid hybridization seems perfect; if your deck is rolling, target Thassa for a 3/3 for 1 with flash; if you really need to get rid of a problem, it is 1 mana.
It's kinda combo-ish, but the nut draws are fun.
So this is the deck that I physically have, so you will probably be suggesting I add more sock lands, which I do not own.
I love deathtouch decks. I don't love this one, however. 2 main problems as I see it. 1: all of your deathtouchers, with the exception of the nighthawk, are not tough enough. If you are trading 1 creature for 1 creature in battle, this deck will lose. You need more ways to regenerate your creatures. Typhoid rats looks useless except as a blocker, and deadly recluse is 5 times better as a blocker. Are there good 4 toughness deathtouchers in this format?2: Deadly Allure is a great card, but it's only half as good in this deck, because everything already has deathtouch. Deadly allure is great in a first strike deck, but only barely playable in this deck. Here's my non-standard deathtouch deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/thelogician/decks/the-kinky-nighthawk/
That's awesome! I really like Bottled C, great against hand destruction too. Looking for comments for my deck The Kinky Nighthawk.
Nice deck, I've been thinking of making a beast deck for a while, probably green red though. One thing I will say about this deck is Descendants Path looks pretty good for this deck, it is a very inexpensive rare, and your deck is creature heavy. Also, looks like you aren't playing a creature until turn 3 or 4? Maybe add some decent 2 drops? Looks like you are splashing blue so Plaxmanta looks good. Please comment on my deck The Kinky Nighthawk.
Kinky stuff.
I would swap in 4 Doomed Travelers for the Cathedral Sanctifiers. You just get more mileage out of those guys.
Why would you ever think you can have 4 Sol Rings. That's the stupidest thing I've ever seen.
