I love Bloodchief Ascension over Meagrim in a deck like this--with lightning bolts, blightnings, and hideous end over doomblade, it makes discarding, creatures dying, milling, or even them playing instants/sorceries pretty vicious.

Whispersilk cloak + celestial mantle ftw!
I have a buddy who will take his Protean Hydra, and enchant it, first with canopy cover so I can't target it, then with Predatory Urge to destroy my creatures and make the hydra bigger. Sick combo. Also, I love Sprouting Phytohydra, he's pretty important in my defender deck.
I run a deck similar to this that uses Deathrender a lot--use it to drop a stonehewer giant, use his ability to search out the rest of the Deathrenders.
It might be worth splashing green in this deck for Ancestral Mask, as well as a few others. You also may want to look at the Magemark cards.
Some proliferate in here could make Chandra's -7 go off on her first drop.
I also love some wither/ -1/-1 spells alongside flourishing defenses here.
Sword of Feast and Famine out of Mirrodin Beseiged would be nice.
You only really have three token generators here: Dragon Fodder, Scarland Thrinax, and Mycoloth, which only gives you tokens if you have stuff to sac to it. This deck could really use some more token generators...I'd recommend Dragon Broodmother or Garruk if you weren't overly worried about the budget, or Necrogenesis and maybe one other token generator if you want to keep it simple.
Stroke of Genius is better than brain geyser. Sweet deck, but there are cheaper and less complicated decks that accomplish the same thing.
Most of what you have going on here, to me, would be a blitzing weenie deck--Just getting out a bunch of creatures really quickly. I would take out some of the bigger creatures like Novablast Wurm and Admonition Angel, and focus on getting some playsets--loam lion, steward of Valeron, Noble Hierarch, Sigiled Paladin, etc. I would also look at some card draw stuff--the best for green is Harmonize, even though it's out of a different set than you're working with. Also Overrun would be good--this deck should be able to win by dropping an overrun on turn a good portion of the time.
One of the better T2 elf decks I've seen. Nice job.
Cool deck! I really like the idea of using Strength of Tajuru on Joraga Warcaller--I use Immaculate Magistrate on mine. Also, Genesis Wave murders in an elf deck, especially if you run Priest of Titania or Elvish Guidance.
Lich Lord's mill ability is nice, but not great. Some things you may consider: Sword of Body and Mind Raven Guild Master and a personal favorite of mine is Bloodchief Ascension, which makes someone milling ten cards (Nemesis, Glimpse, Sword, Guild Master) a game-ender.
Immaculate Magistrate + Joraga Warcaller is a ridiculous combo not a lot of people use. This looks like a fun deck for casual play that could easily turn into a decent tournament deck by cutting out some of the fluff and putting in some playsets.
Adarkar Valkyrie has to be my favorite angel. Also maybe something to pump the chalice--energy chamber or some method to proliferate.
Bloodchief Ascension adds a whole new level of terror into these decks--1 glimpse wins it for you. Also, Tome Scour?
Good call on Mosswort Bridge; I run it in my Jund deck.
Biomantic Mastery? I also like Ohran Viper for this deck.
I really like Wojek Embermage in a deck like this, particularly against, say, a monogreen token deck or something.
