I'd have to disagree with flipperlord, I think the mana fix is fine. Also, why no Knight of Exemplars? That would help out against control, while also buffing your knights, and giving you another creature.

Nice. I run a similar deck, though it's based more around bloodchief ascension than blightning. Check it out here if you want some ideas: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=140142
Had a turn 3 win with this last night--T1, Mountain, T2, Kiln Fiend, T3, bolted one creature, bolted another creature, assault strobe, swung with a 10/2 double strike.
Global destroy effects will, but global damage won't, I'm pretty sure.
I'm a little lost on the purpose of the power/toughness switch, especially since you're making it unblockable? I just use Goblin Tunneler to achieve the same thing.
Just a suggestion: I would at least sideboard some nature's spiral, in case you mill out all of your patriarchs, and some counterspells, in case they counter it.
I always remember protection rules as DEBT--can't be Damaged, Enchanted, Blocked, or Targeted by whatever it is protected from. I'm pretty sure protection works, but I'm not 100% certain.
Fallowsage?
I agree about Rhys, there are a few other cards you might want to think about, too. Check out this elf token deck if you want. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=103549
I love the Sleep + Stoic Angel combo.
Not 100% sure how it would work in this deck, but Bedlam would be pretty funny.
I really like dropping a harvest wurm after a rogue elephant.
I really like Celestial Mantle--it'll turn lifegain into a "you'll never be able to kill me" situation.
I dig it--walls come alive! Check out this defender deck, it's almost an opposite of this one: http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=90235
As much as it would go against the wonderful flavor of this deck, I really like Kusari-Gama + Archery Training. If you decide to go that route, I would consider switiching Hankyu for Viridian Longbow, as it goes with that combo as well. The other card I feel this deck (and the one Savaj wants to create) would benefit from is Coordinated Barrage--great addition here for both flavor and mechanic. Overall, I really like this deck...may have to steal the idea. :-)
Fallowsages also works here for pretty much the only thing you're lacking, being card draw.
I run a mono-green Druid deck that can usually go off before a Wrath can come out--similar to this, but also uses Seton, Krosan Protector. I like the idea of splashing for control, but I wonder how much more difficult that makes an overrun? That tends to be my win condition--that, and taking all your lands. :-) http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=136489
Don't listen to these tools. I'm assuming this deck is for casual play, and you don't have the playsets so you can get a different play every time, which makes sense. I would only worry about the x4's if you come up with a few specific combos you want to be able to pull off every time, and make a very competitive deck. I will say, though, that with four wellwishers, you're not likely to need to stream of life. The other cards I think you definitely need are Joraga Warcaller (even without kicking him, using Immaculate Magistrate on him get disgusting really quickly) and Wirewood Lodge. have fun, and check out my elf deck here if you want some more ideas: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=103549
Ahh, gotcha. Pretty cool loop, I never thought of that before.
Have you considered adding any proliferate?
