I agree with Prince here, the decks cheap, it works, and it's fast which wins alot. Only changes I would even be close to think off would be just a play set of cheap burn spells like Shock or something.

Look's pretty damn solid actually, really cool idea too. But I would maybe replace Varolz, you won't be scavening any of said 3 drops if you want to reanimate them all.
I would try to find a way to get some mana ramping going on in this, Elvish Mystic, Sylvan Cyranids for example. If you dropped the Adephage, the Nemesis' for 4 Elvish Mystics, it should help get you going more sooner.Oh, and maybe think of putting in a Hexproof or two. A big way of dealing with counters is to just bounce the one creature with them on, ruins it all.
Instead of Blessing, use Gift Of Orzhova, gives you additional lifelink other then your Eidolon, and also Flying. And maybe put in 4 Sacred Foundrys, for the use of Chained To The Rocks, it requires a mountain which the Foundry being Mountain Plains, will work with.

I would run two of each gate, incase someone destroys one you'll have a back up.
Check out Door Of Destiny, gives a major pump for your Slivers, aswell as look into the Sliver that let's your creatures deal one damage when they attack, it's a game ender.
For ramp a simple Elvish Mystic could work, playset of them would help jump over the 2 mana spot into 3 drops on turn 2. Or fit with the Hexproof idea with the Cyranid Dryads? I think there called that. They are 0/3 hexproof defenders that tap for mana.
Technically no, it's when you cast a spell that targets a creature, Ajani's +1 isn't a cast, just an ability so it will not trigger.
If any lifelink enchant, I would probably say Gift Of Orzhova is the best. Pumps, lifelink and flying all in one.
I would maybe recommend Chandra, Pyromaster instead of the Ajani, she is costly money wise, but does more for your deck by giving card advantage and stopping blockers.
Looks pretty good in my opinion. But instead of Unflinching Courage, try Gift of Orzhova, it would make it easier for your creature to get over blockers.
Well I found cards with Battalion worked great in my deck, in particular The Firemane Avenger and Frontline Medic.And, this ones still in testing, but Chandra, Pyromaster being used, helps by giving card advantage, messes with blockers. and her Ultimate lets you possibly play 3 pumps, therefore up to 6 heroics triggering to end a game.
Look's nice for a start, I've made a Boros colored Heroic deck and it's been doing pretty damn good as well. So to change anything, add in Coordinated Assaults, amazing card to trigger heroics. I would drop some of the cards for Anax And Cymede, which can pump an army, even toss in some Battalion cards like Field Medic and Firemane Avenger. And don't try running Purphoros, you don't have enough red in this deck to get to his devotion unless you get the Reckoner.http://www.mtgvault.com/thebear/decks/heroics/Heres my deck if you want some ideas.
Maybe run a playset of Tormented Hero instead of the Favored Hoplites, it's heroic will give you life which would pair better with the Archangel.
