like the build but I would suggest rootborn defense for your sb over riot control. I get that it helps activate your life gain but you need to protect against the board wipes and gods willing/brave the elements can only do so much.

so dumb question. does the hidden strings trigger Heroic if you target your creatures with the tap/untap effect?really like the build by the way.
I think you have too many Cauldrons and Sanguine Bloods in there and it just feels a bit clunky. there are too many cards that have to be in place for your trick to go off. you will need three cards in place for the Bloods to really do some damage and that's not happening till turn 5 at the earliest. I like that base of the Human agro that you have started. I feel you would be better served to cut the Bloods and Cauldrons down to 1 or 2 at most, add in some death spells, eg doom blade, ultimate price, and maybe 1 more tutor or add some pump spells to give you a better chance to activate your heroic creatures. good luck
I would suggest dropping the scorchwalker the cost is just too high for what you get. I would rather see purphoros in that spot or just add two more shocks to help your chances for putting the phoenix back in your hand
awaken the ancient is not a good fit for this deck. the cost is too much for what you get put the dragon in instead
you need at least 2 immortal servitudes and at least 2 or 3 big demon creatures in here. I would probably cut the elixir because you don't have any card drawing ability so I don't see how putting them back in your library is really going to help.
good idea, but it seems a bit slow and the cost is too high for what you get.
no war pig?
why not drop the pilgrim for lightning mauler? its a nice way to gets the reckoner or paladin going as soon as they hit the board. like the build though
why not blasphemous act over into the maw of hell? then you could deal multiples of 13 damage depending on what you have on the board, and you could be a real jerk and cast the boros charm and keep your creatures alive
craterhoof behemoth over 2 of the bio shift. also what is plan for dealing with board wipes? seems like as soon as you run into supreme verdict its game over for you.
I would suggest dropping murder in favor of tragic slip. killing wave probably needs to go to your sb, I would suggest sign in blood over it
take out the viper and put in rancor
not bad for budget but I would drop the black since the only card that is true black is tormented soul. should make the deck run much smoother
take out pyreheart, instigator gang and firefist skull-crack, and mad-cap skills, I would also move blasphemous act to sb. I would put in the cackler, hellrider, and lightning mauler. plus bump the reckoner up to 4
I like the idea of this deck but its really slow, your curve is high and the card base is all over the place. I would suggest you pick a few key cards and max them out . it just looks to scatter-brained to work on a competitive level.
I don't get the inclusion of black just for the dredbore. I would drop the black all together unless you are going to add the aristocrat. also mad-cap is kind of weak I would take them out, cut down on the legionnaire and the shred freak by two and two lands and put in 4 cacklers and 4 lightning maulers and 2 brimstone volley
not bad but I am pretty sure the elder is not standard anymore
heartless summoning does help with that I believe
I say take out the pilgrim and put in precinct captain. a 2/2 first striker that generates 1/1 s for two mana is pretty sick, other possibilities knight of infamy, or elite inquisitor. also I would suggest champion of the parish over boros elite. you need some dual lands to get black mana available to really take advantage of the souls. if you plan to splash red put in boros charm over any other red card, its too good not to have in a red/white deck. good luck like the deck so far
