I really don't see how Vampire Nocturnus would be feasible outside a mono-black deck. Especially with a three colored deck where you would basically just be paying four mana for a 3/3 and letting your opponent know what cards you have coming up next. If you want to be practical, another Sorin definitely would not hurt.If you want to be fun though, make some space for a Galvanic Alchemist. Pair one of those with a Lord of Lineage and hilarity ensues.

I've been trying to think of an effective way to use Sigarda, and this deck is definitely one of them. The price tag however... o_O
Pretty good deck for what you set out to make. The only card you're missing is Deathrender.
Definitely agree with wadada. Scrap Lumberknot and throw in a ramp elf/Scorned Villager and Cultivate as well (two of each, obviously). And throw naturalize onto the sideboard for Pete's sake man. Although Crushing Vines will more likely than not be preferable anyway because you have no way to deal with flyers.
You have Jace but no Reliquary Tower?
You need some ramping for some of those expensive cards. Never underestimate the power of a lucky Dark Ritual. And throwing in several Cabal Coffers should be done whenever you have a monoblack deck. And why in the world do you only have 4 creatures...?
I second JAD, Sublime Archangel just makes any Exalted deck amazing. I would also swap out Doomblade with either Murder or Ultimate Price.
I'm also not entirely sure what Slith Firewalker is doing in this deck, since it's not that great of an alternative to Slumbering Dragon. It also further leaves you vulnerable to the possibility of your opponent having protection from Red (Silver Knight comes to mind). It wouldn't hurt to have some removals or other green creatures to help this deck out. You have more than enough cards to supply you with counters, so it may be a good idea to cut some here and there.
I like where you are going with this, but let's be honest, the Evolution Vat is far too situational to put Islands in this deck for. So either scrap the islands and add another Mountain and Forest, or take out the Evolution Vat completely (I don't find its skill in non-EDH gameplay anyway) and throw in some more creatures that benefit from counters, such as a hydra card, with my personal recommendation being Primordial Hydra.Champion of Lambholt would also work very well with this deck.
Personally, I would take out Tablet of the Guilds, Sundering Growth, and at least one Garruk's Packleader. I would then put in three Parallel Lives and another Slime Molding/Call of the Conclave.
Since I see Psychosis Crawler and Jace, we may as well throw in Reliquary Tower x2. I also vote for Runechanter's Pike and Goblin Electromancer.
Throwing in some proliferate cards like Tezzert's Gambit wouldn't hurt.
I can understand why you would want Ajani, but what purpose does Liliana serve in this deck?
Yeah, I kinda figured. That's part of the reason why I have Index and Amass. Think I can trim some of the more expensive curses, despite how heartbreaking it will be.
I probably like First Strike a lot more than I should, but considering how many sources I have for plains, I think it's worth keeping the Sigiled. But I do agree with you that Knight of Glory is a lot more useful than the Court Archers (which were in the deck before any of the other flyers) and Guardians. I can also see why Knighthood was redundant, because I have a lot of other sources for that (Although it could possible help with defending at times). And finally, I have no idea what I was thinking with the Guildgates. Taking a look at your deck showed me the light. All in all, thank you very much for taking the time to type all of that. It helped me immensely.
I was trying very hard to avoid the Heirarchs because of their cost, but even with a few Sublimes they were far to constrictive. As much as it pains me, this deck did not utilize the Sovereigns well at all. Thanks for the advice, it is greatly appreciated.
If you want a super large creature, throw in a Primordial Hydra. With a Corpsejack on the field, that thing will escalate to a serious threat quickly. I have a deck similar to this one where I do just that. I would greatly appreciate it if you took a moment to look at it and perhaps offered some criticism: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=405535 Otherwise, very nice deck man. The spell choice is already making me think about things that I can do.
I'd say you have too many creatures and not enough Enchantments for a curse deck. Working in cards like Paradox Haze, Vile Consumption, Cursed Land, or heck, even Havoc Festival would make this a lot more fun to play. Curse of the Cabal is also a nice card to put pressure on your opponent.
Jeez I need to learn how to read. Just read what Marrow Chomper does. That thing would destroy opponents if you have enough tokens.
I'm not too sure what you have Sanguine Bond in here for. Considering the number of +1/+1 counters you have going on, you may want to consider putting in a Corpsejack Menace or two. I would also recommend that you consider squeezing in the spells Jarad's Orders and Ghoulcaller's Chant. Deck is looking really nice though, good job man.
